“We rented 2 scooters and they were charged and ready to go. As instructed, they were in our cabin when we arrived. So happy! They worked well, no problems.”
“Everything was fine although instead of being in my cabin, the scooter was waiting for me as we boarded the ship. This worked out well. What I don't like is having to leave the scooter in the cabin on the day of departure.”
“Appreciate that the scooter is in the cabin when we board the ship. But, we've had issues with the chargers. Fortunately, on our last cruise our cabin attendant was able to find us another charger to use. But, on a previous cruise we were not as lucky and the scooter couldn't be used. Had to resort to using a wheelchair. But in both instances you compensated us for our inconvience. That is why we continue to use Scoot Around.”

“Was grateful that the chair was waiting on the ship but the chair was OLD and one foot rest would not stay up so when he got in or out of the chair he was hit by the steel rest. VERY disappointed and once we sailed NOTHING I could do about it.”

“I expected to get a machine in perfect condition. I did not. The scooter edged toward the right somewhat. Every time you took key out of ignition the whole piece would come with the key. There was a couple other things but I can’t remember them. It’s very expensive to rent a scooter and have it give you a hard time. “I have use this company on three different cruises and have been very happy with their service. The scooter was where it was where it was supposed to be and their check-in & check out is very easy. I did have trouble with the last scooter that they couldn't repair on the ship & had none at the port. I did Omanage the remainder of the trip without a scooter. About a week later I received a full credit on my charge card. I expected to get a refund for just the days that I had to do without it not a full refund. They were apologetic that they couldn't repair the unit but I figure anything manmade can break down at any time.”
