“I rented this full size unit for a 30 day cruise down and back to the Panama canal on the NCL Joy. I have one just like it and I also rented one previously on a cruise to Alaska on their Encore so I knew what I was getting. It worked flawlessly, however on the Encore there was plenty of room but on the Joy I had to get the attendants to move their carts in the halls so I could get by. I think the smaller unit would have been better but I don't worry about strong breezes (220 lbs) so I prefer the larger unit.”

I asked for some consideration regarding the charges a number of times & after much back & forth, received a partial credit back. Unsastisfactory result to me & my appeal for consideration concerning the circumstances.I do not walk!!”
