“for people that are disable, senoirs and handicapped that can't bend of get round. to have them charing port at the bottom of
the scooter is unacceptable. The charging port should be on top so people can access better”
“At the port you have 3 people working, and 1 is the only one wiping them down, cleaning them out, and checking them out to people, the other 2 doing nothing, 1 in her cell phone the whole time, had to wait over a hour to get our scooter for my husband. No chairs for him to set in, and leg in a boot. Hire some people who will work”
“My scooter ( and everybody elses' ) didn't arrive on board until 3:50 of the day of departure. It was extremely stressful worrying as to whether the scooter was going to arrive. There were several phone calls to the Scoot Around number I had and to the front desk of the ship. Not fun.”
“I have benn a loyal customer since last year. I’ve had some issues with the battery on several rentals. I got replacements for most if them but I’m very disappointed in my scooter rentals for February 11,2023 and Narch 5,2023. I may not be renting anymore scooters from Scootaround”
“Had to pick up the scooters as he tried to deliver them at 10:30 am and I didn’t check in until 3:00pm. Then I had to take them back to his business because he picked up at 3:30pm and we were still in the park until 6:30 pm.”
“While customer service and product delivery were fine, the scooters we ordered from not the ones delivered. They were much larger and heavier, making it impossible for two women in their seventies to navigate in and out of our vehicle. We cancelled our order and rented scooters at Epcot Center and Universal Studios.”
“The battery would not hold a charge for a 6 hr day. I would plug it in all night. And by afternoon have to plug it in to charge again. Going up hills it always lost power. And the hills weren't that big on the resort walkways. Resort staff was very helpful is showing me how to use it.”

“Scooter was great once I figured out how to use it. Got no instructions on operations or even where to plug in scooter to charge. Almost ran people over until a young man was able to adjust speed for me.”
“The operation of the scooter was great, however I was disappointed in the condition in which it arrived. The scooter was very dusty and the floorboard was dirty. The seat was dusty too. I cleaned it myself before using it. I was also told that the scooter would easily fit in the stateroom. It didn’t. I left in the hall for the entire cruise. Please clean your equipment before renting to the next client.”
“While equipment was top notch like always, there was a frustrating mix up on my last rental. I was specifically told the scooter would be waiting for me outside the Carnival terminal there was no person or scooter there. When I called Scootaround it took forever for me to actually talk to a person (who was in Canada per the number) who kept putting me on hold and each time she would come back telling me I was in the wrong place, which I was not. I finally asked could they have delivered to my room she wasn’t sure, but after waiting for over and hour and a half I had to get on the ship, so I took the chance that I would have to sail without my scooter. Once I got to my room I did find the scooter there, which was a relief, but I had wasted close to 2 hours of my vacation, plus being frustrated and worried because the scooter was not where Scootaround advised it would be.”
