Driver didn’t notice my order. They did not show up at contracted pick up time although I waited an half hour. They are not open on Sunday - no one apparently on call to communicate with Sunday pick up customers- But do contract for Sunday pick ups. Very disorganized. I won’t rent here again.”

“The process of reserving my scooter and pick up at the Big E was easy. The staff at the gate was friendly and the scooter provided me with the ability to see all I wanted to at the fair. I will be renting again when I go on a cruise later this year. I am also looking into renting when I visit NYC as well. The only thing I think they could do is offer a discount or coupon for your next rental as it does get expensive.”

“We rented a walker for a cruise in September. It was waiting in our room. It worked very well to help me get around during our trip, and was very easy to leave it with the staff to be picked up in our room after the trip. Excellent service!”
