“You never delivered the walker so I had to rent a wheelchair on the ship which I could not take off the ship. That was terrible so I had to walk alot and that hurt my back and hip. You people are fools”

2 of the last 3 charlotte autofair rentals i was given units not fully charged made it back with one to exchange other one speedway people had to help me get it back then was told they did not have a replacement after explaining to them i have enpluzema and had to have a unit to continue my stay they finally checked the infied spot and got me one.
at a event like this you would think they would be better prepared with back up batteries”
“I have rented several times in the past with no problem, but the last cruise was very poor. It was difficult not knowing where to pick up. In the past, you went thru the boarding paperwork for your cruise and then got the scooter. I did the usual but found out after I had progressed to the second flloor that the scooters were in the parking lot before you entered the terminal. I had to go out and btw no one knew where you got the scooters. I asked everyone working for RC where are the scooters, no one knew. Finally got the scooter only to go thru the entering process all over again. the scooter had a bad battory, which I called to tell them before leaving the dock, was told it just needs charging. WRONG! Couldnt use it the entire cruise. I would go to one end of the ship, no more juice so my son had to push it back everytime I used it. They did refund the fee but when you order a scooter it's because you need it. I am going on another cruise with Celebrity in June and am hesitant to rent thru scoot around.”
