“Got you scooter the first day of the cruise to the Mediterranean. Your scooter would not fit into my cabin. Called you and you told me that you would send me a u-tube video on how to disassemble it. I did not have the internet package to receive a u-tube video. So I was to take it apart every day, store it in my cabin, and reassemble it in the morning.
Then we took a shore excursion, there is no way of using your scooter in the Mediterranean, everything is uphill, using steps. Your scooter does not go upstairs!!! One of the excursions was using a tender to shore, no way to put your scooter on a tender to shore.
Called again and they told me no one checked out shore excursions in the Med. Would not refund my money and I will NEVER use your service again!!!!”
