“It was fantastic. But I had to leave the ship after three days because of an illness. I never got back to the ship again. So the Scooter just sat there, until the ship docked. But I would definitely order it on my next trip. Thank you.”

“While equipment was top notch like always, there was a frustrating mix up on my last rental. I was specifically told the scooter would be waiting for me outside the Carnival terminal there was no person or scooter there. When I called Scootaround it took forever for me to actually talk to a person (who was in Canada per the number) who kept putting me on hold and each time she would come back telling me I was in the wrong place, which I was not. I finally asked could they have delivered to my room she wasn’t sure, but after waiting for over and hour and a half I had to get on the ship, so I took the chance that I would have to sail without my scooter. Once I got to my room I did find the scooter there, which was a relief, but I had wasted close to 2 hours of my vacation, plus being frustrated and worried because the scooter was not where Scootaround advised it would be.”

“The scooter was in the cabin when we arrived and I just lift it there upon our departure. Couldn't have been easier. Having the scooter made the cruise so much more enjoyable (except for the week in isolation due to covid) because I wasn't worn out from walking from one end of the ship to the other. I wouldn't go on another cruise without one.”

“The cancellation policy is ridiculous. You should be able to cancel with a fair amount of advanced notices. Cancelled 2 months out and I couldn’t get a refund.”
