“Rental was nice. Other than we were told to leave the scooter in our room and had difficulty getting through customs as they did not have enough wheelchair porters. Next time we would take it off the ship and drop it off after we go through customs yesterday..”
“Customer service was very helpful and the scooter was ready and waiting in my cabin. It was very helpful after I figured out how to drive it. Unfortunately, when the cruise part of our vacation was over and we were transferring to the train for the land tour, the Holland America crew told me I had to get in a wheelchair for debarkation -- and then immediately misplaced my scooter. That was after we told them 3 or more times that it was supposed to be transferred to the train. We never saw it again. I reported it to Scoot Around and they refunded a proportionate amount of the rental, so kudos to them for good customer service.”

“Got the scooter late and it didn't work on rugs. Was very slow on regular floors. Had to be pushed back to our room multiple times and we missed 2 ports on our cruise because we didn't trust the scooter to go off the boat.”

“I was very happy with Scootaround and the power chair I had in January and February. When I ran into a problem because of the airline cancelation of flights.
The person I spoke with said that because of the problem they might be able to help if we cancel the power chair. But we chose not to cancel the rental of the chair o the Hawaiian trip which we had to cancel because of the airline cancelation of my flight 3 times.
It was because of the lady decisions we use you again and that the equipment was in very good condition.
