“Had to pick up the scooters as he tried to deliver them at 10:30 am and I didn’t check in until 3:00pm. Then I had to take them back to his business because he picked up at 3:30pm and we were still in the park until 6:30 pm.”
“The people who work for you are so very friendly, willing to answer any questions I had and told me what to do incase there was any problems with the scooter. Of course, there were no problems, scooted around all day of the show and enjoyed not having sore legs and feet at the end of the day. Was well worth the cost of the scooter.”

“The scooter seat leans backward and cannot be adjusted and the width adjustment on the left side is so tight my room attendant could not loosen the knob. The right side could be adjusted. You should ask clients if they need it wide and adjust it before delivery. The scooter worked great except for being very very uncomfortable.”

“I called to cancel bef the trip in sept 2022 and changed it to March 2023. Then in Jan decided not to go on this cruise because they changed the itinerary. They said no problem I asked ab getting my money back and when it wasn't deposited I called again spoke to a women they told me they didn't get instructions to move it to March! Will not use this company ever! Over $300.00 is a big loss! I do not recommend Scoot Around to anyone”
