“Scooter could not fit in cruise cabin as told it would and couldn’t use it during cruise. Could not contact anyone while on cruise and was refused a refund of any kind.”

“After my scooter broke down, I had no help from Scoot Around. I was lucky I had help from DragonCon volunteer team, to make it start working again. Even after they got it to work, it still had problems. The low battery light would come on, when I turn it on to drive, after I fully charged it. I had called, & was promised a refund, since it wasn't working right for 2 days. Never got that refund. Very unhappy with your service. You need a better system in the future, then making me wait on a hold phone call, when my scooter is broken down,& just sent me to voice-mail, cause you were closed. Unacceptable.”
