Our scooter broke down at Disney World two hours into the park. I spent the next day attempting to get someone to come pick it up and or get me a new one. No return calls. Three days later I rented another scooter to be delivered to the Port of Miami and it never arrived. You had the correct date and ship's name but wrong port. Fortunately a scooter was left of the ship from the previous sailing otherwise I would of been left on a 10 day cruise without a scooter to use. I havent' heard from your company until now. I am now letting you know that if I don't receive a call and apology and compensation for unused rental days I will leave terrible reviews on social media. No one should have to go through what we did without hearing back from your company. I am giving you till April 1st to contact me at 208-755-4332.

Scooter was there, but wouldn’t run. Spent the entire cruise without any mobility. The only good news was they didn’t charge me. Be sure to ask what happens if the rental doesn’t work!!

The scooter worked for five minutes and went dead. The service on the ship was poor. How do we get another one. If it doesn’t get fix how do we get another. He should not be charged for a scooter not working.

It was just awful! The scooter wasn’t there on the date of our vacation . I spent an entire day on the phone with scoot around and messaging you guys ( calling and emailing ) I ended up getting a credit but that doesn’t make up for anything. It was a traumatic experience dealing with this company! I’ve rented scooters elsewhere since .

Scoot Around promised that the scooter would work in the ship cabin and when it didn't I called before we left port and they said they would not do anything to help OR refund any of our money. I do not plan to ever use them again and have told others about this issue.

I. Canceled my scooter and they charged me they said they said I didn't I wish I would ha e saved the mail. Ii trusted you and basically you called me a liar. Never will I use you for my wife my wife had to.cancel the cruise because her son had to have open heart surgery it was last minute..your a money hungry company with no heart. I know you don't Care.

I've used Scootaround many times but my most recent Boston-area rental experience was awful. I booked on-line and was called about an hour later by one of your reps. Ultimately, she canceled the contract because the Boston Marriott-Newton was 10 mi out of the delivery range. Then why did your website confirm my order? It turns out the delivery vendor was Scootaround-owned...so why didn't Scootaround approve the delivery? I even said I would pay more for delivery. However, I received a cancellation email. Then 2 weeks after having not received a credit on my credit card, I called. I was told because Scootaround canceled the scooter, the credit should have been processed within 48 hrs. It was but I've since received my credit.

I reserved and paid for my scooter rental in July 2022 for my August 2022 cruise. Scooter was never delivered to my stateroom and I was without a mobility scooter for my entire cruise. Attempted to contact your company multiple times and no one helped. To this day I have not received any response from anyone to tell me what happened. Never received the refund I was promised and ultimately had to dispute the charge to get my money back. Now here it is a whole 7 months later and you are asking for me to review and rate your service. My trip was ruined and I will NEVER use your company again. The absolute worst! If I could rate -0 stars I would.

I don’t understand since Covid has subsided why renting from is sooooooo stressful Communication is most difficult right now and I am not gonna be renting from you for quite a while after my experience last year in Las Vegas You have too many rules now and I don’t understand why

Had a poor experience on my most recent rental. Paid extra to receive a heavy-duty scooter, which I did not get, and instead, got a normal scooter. That normal scooter began to experience failures a few hours after having it, and I had to fight with the local scooter provider to get a replacement. The replacement was the heavy-duty scooter I originally needed, but had a massive hole in the foot well and a dodgy battery pack that I constantly had to top up. I was very frustrated overall.
