“After my scooter broke down, I had no help from Scoot Around. I was lucky I had help from DragonCon volunteer team, to make it start working again. Even after they got it to work, it still had problems. The low battery light would come on, when I turn it on to drive, after I fully charged it. I had called, & was promised a refund, since it wasn't working right for 2 days. Never got that refund. Very unhappy with your service. You need a better system in the future, then making me wait on a hold phone call, when my scooter is broken down,& just sent me to voice-mail, cause you were closed. Unacceptable.”

“Scootaround is the best! I rented from them to go on a cruise and they did everything to make the process seamless. Upon arrival at the port they brought the scooter right to me where I got off the bus. I had a short explanation of how the scooter worked and they took us right in to check in with the ship. Bringing the scooter back was just as easy, they came to the bus I was riding to retrieve it. You won’t be disappointed!”
“It was super easy. Your booth being at the entrance to the cruise terminal was a big help. The scooter worked well and made our cruise so much more enjoyable. When returning at end of cruise the attendant even allowed us to use it to get to our car which saved my husband the hastle of driving around back into the terminal to pick me up. I already booked for my next two cruises.”
