“After weeks of searching the big stores and online for an xl/xxl frame bike and always failing, I eventually came across scotby cycles online and really happy I did, great choice of bikes and accessories, shopping on their site was really easy to navigate and purchasing was a easy and straight forward, security in regards to paying was really good, emailed me to confirm a number on the transaction to make sure I was not a fraudster and communicated and answered all my questions and my bike was boxed and sent out, I even received it a day earlier than predicted in the order confirmation. I'm really happy with my bike and really happy I did business with scotby cycles over any of the large stores, I have recommended them to a few other people since my purchase.”

“Ordered Muc Off Ultimate Bike Cleaning kit. Kit arrived late after being held up at DPD depot and arrived damaged. I emailed to advise and they resolved the issue almost instantly. So although product arrived damaged and a little later than planned their customer service to resolve the issue warrants a 5 star.”
