“Excellent service and product choice. Cannot fault service. Unfortunately the wrong size bike was sent to me. Once I alerted Scotby to this they rapidly arranged to deliver the right bike and collect the other one within 3 days. I will definitely use them again, great range, prices and service. No hassle at all!”

“If you are going to continue using Parcelforce as your carrier, I would not be making another purchase from Scotby cycles! Having waited in on two separate days for them to deliver my bike, having been given a time slot, they failed to deliver. Only after the shop and myself contacting Parcelforce did they finally deliver the bike over a week later.”

“I bought a pair of Fiveten Freerider Pro shoes from Scotby Cycles at an insanely good price. Without their incredibly helpful size guide there is absolutely no way I'd have bought the right size (a clear size bigger than my usual shoe size- they run small). Can't wait to try them out on the trails!”
