“I've only used Scotby a couple of times, but on both occasions they've been great. The first time I had to return a pair of shoes because they didn't fit - all very straight forward. And both orders were fulfilled really quickly and very well packaged. I would say the service is right up there with the bigger and better known online cycle shops. Brilliant!”
