“I was really happy with the service and products that I bought online from Scotby Cycles. I wanted a pannier rack with a waterproof pannier that could also turn into a rucksack, so I can carry it upstairs and around town easily after I park my bike. Scotby Cycles had one, and posted it to me, and I love it. It's transformed my commute.”

“I ordered a pair of adidas 5 10s in green, I got half size larger I added another inner sole on top of original one they are amazing boot , excellent grip support and real comfy , Scotby cycles delivered these within a couple of days of me ordering them , very reasonable price and great customer service , “Give Them A Try “….”

“Happy with purchase Ortleib bikepcking fork bags. Cheaper than elsewhere. I could have collected but opted for 1 class postage, which was on £2.95 more and saved the faff of driving to collect.”

“There were some questions about the bike that was not on the spec. Scotby answered them straight away. I ordered the bike on a monday it was delivered to Scotland on Wednesday. The ebike was well packed and easy to put together as all the hard stuff was already done. The bike is ideal and powers up hills with ease.”
