“Great fast online delivery service. Products where packaged and delivered Great condition. Adidas 5/10 mtb trainers Great product and cool on hot day cycling. Bike lock is great size for back pack and great use for stopping at the shop etc. 2nd time I've purchased from scotby cycles on line and feel safe and happy products are as they advertised and Great delivery 😀”

“I was astonished at how quickly the bike arrived, very well packaged, in perfect condition and for no delivery fee. I placed the order on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday! I'd been searching everywhere for this particular bike with no luck. All around very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this company.”

“Amazing experience - ordered a bike delivery and was a bit concerned about how it would be packed and how to put together when it arrives etc - can't thank whoever packed it enough! So we'll protected, lots custom plastic covers to protect parts and even hand written labels to help in the setup! Bike was totally smooth to ride out the box and don't think it could have been a better experience! 11/10”

“I’ve been trying to source a Specialized Sirrus x2 for a long time and one popped up at Scotby. Ordering and payment was easy and order tracking worked perfectly. It arrived promptly and well packaged. Set up at home was as simple as attaching the pedals, front wheel and handlebars. Everything else was pre-set such as brakes/gears/rear wheel etc on the frame. It worked like a charm and after an initial 12 mile shake down ride off-road the bike is absolutely perfect. Very happy overall with both product and service.”
