“Great Service from the folks at Scotby. I was after a set of panniers to use for commuting. I knew i wanted the Sport-Roller City by Ortlieb, so being a savvy businessman i google searched for who had stock and at the best price. Scotby was the winner. And to my delight there was a further 10% off once i got to the checkout with a discount code. Items arrived pretty much the next day (i seem to remember, or the day after at worse) as described. My only gripe is i am pretty sure the plastic bag they shipped in wasnt easily recyclable (if at all). I know its to keep costs down, but recyclable packaging or a box would be my prefered method to receiving goods. So, yup... all good!”

“Recently purchased a pair of Five Ten Freeriders from Scotby Cycles. They arrived promptly and were well packaged. They were also the best price I could find online. I ride a hardtail and use flat pedals so these shoes will be perfect. I would definitely use Scotby Cycles again.”

“Scotby have an excellent selection of cycle accessories, better than Amazon. When I had a problem completing my order, their customer service was very helpful. The product was due for deliver on Sat at 3pm but Royal Mail managed by 3pm the following Monday. Perhaps target setting is counter-productive as it raises expectations only to disappoint. I should have realised that Royal Mail don’t work at weekends. Scotby , however, are highly recommended.”
