“The torch did not work. I charged it for at least 12 hours and only a flickering is seen. NO LIGHT!”

“Expansive website which was easy to navigate. Choice of products was excellent with competitive pricing. I ordered a pair of FiveTen shoes from the website, which were a great bargain in their sale. The order was dispatched within a couple of days and arrived within 3 days. Very happy with both the service and shoes. I will certainly use Scotby Cycles again.”

“Excellent service from Scotby, thought I'd buy some wet weather shoes which were out of stock everywhere in my size, but these guys came up trumps, and they arrived within 48 hours or it could have been the next day even. But credit where it's due, it only cost an extra 3 quid for the special delivery. Ace service, thank you folks 😁”

“Fantastic customer service. Bought a product that had a small issue with it. I used the chat to speak to them and they got back to me very quickly via chat and email even in the run up to Christmas. They resolved the problem by replacing the part needed without question. They obviously knew what they were talking about with technicians on hand to help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to buy from a solid trustworthy company.”

“Your customer service was prompt in reply but unfortunately like you mentioned, my order was placed on 9th Dec yet as on 18th Dec, I have not received my order nor able to see the tracking of my package. This is such a disappointment.”
