“I ordered a pair of Adidas 510 trainers but the incorrect ones were sent to me. I contacted scotby cycles and they rectified the issue promptly and asked me to return the incorrect ones at no cost and sent me a the correct ones a few days later. So over all good purchase. I will definitely shop again. Great prices”

“Dealt with by a polite and engaging young man who didnt try to convince me i needed something expensive, listened to my needds and made appropriate suggestion. Bought the bike as it seemed to tick all the boxes and a very convenient delivery was arranged. Have since used the bike and am very happy. The whole experience made me glad i shopped locally. Good personal service from someone with fine bike knowledge and genuine enthusiasm. Thank you.”

“Found great pair of Adidas Free Rider Trainers, which were half the price of Adidad online, plus I prefer to shop with independents. Ordered on a Sunday and shipped first thing Monday. I contacted Scotby several days later as I hadn't received them by Thursday. Excellent customer service was received from Scotby when I checked the delivery status. Royal Mail (as bad ever) finally delivered them a week later, vs 2 days, which was no fault of Scotby. Great and responsive service and I will return - Thank you.”

“Much better shop than it used to be, better range of bikes and gear but most importantly better staff. You used to visit the shop and the staff were very unhelpful, you felt like you were a hindrance. Now the staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable, it’s a much better experience altogether.”
