“GT Grade online purchase Pre and post delivery support for my web order was excellent: the shop called prior to despatch to double check sizing and also helped out after delivery. Any queries were responded to immediately. This is the sixth bike I have bought online but the first from Scotby. The packaging was better than any previous delivery, with all frame tubes individually protected within the bike box. There was no delivery charge and the bike appeared the next day. Very happy.”
