“Smooth transcation well packaged bike promete delivery however the cannondale trail 5 pictures and the spec different from the one I received didn't have shimano breaks as advertised I understand with covid parts network is all over the place but u should state this and that the bike u get might not be the spec in listing”

“I ordered a pair of MTB shoes, the price was my initial driver as Scotby cycles had the best offer on so I thought I would give them a go. Very quick free delivery and the item is spot on.....glad I found you Scotby, you will be my go to from now on ahead of Wiggle and Chain reaction who have had a lot of delivery issues through their service provider over recent months and charge a reasonable amount extra for that poor experience (1 item took nearly a month to arrive and I am charged £5 for that). Excellent customer experience and your website/tracking technology is up there with the best.......thank you!”
