"Order item from Scotts Joggers and after 3 wears the nike emblem came off. \u00a380 Joggers and name that you pay for comes off. Contacted customer service they ignored me raised a compliant told different actions by their representatives all differ from each other. Item not fit for purpose poor quality and bought same item as a replacement from competitors store better item. They are still arguing and changing opinion on what I should do challenged payment Save yourself the hassle time and money shop elsewhere"

"Only 1 star as I can't leave a review with 0 stars. I placed my order on the 26th NOVEMBER. Been in touch AGAIN about non delivery of the item which was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd December for a Christmas present. Can't cancel my order or get a refund while order is being processed. Advised to allow more time and refuse delivery WHEN it arrives and they will refund when it is returned. So frustrating. Absolutely shocking service and no telephone number to speak to anybody. Sort it out scotts...... You've lost a previously loyal customer "
