“At first my color didn’t match very well. I forwarded my concern and they researched the issue and found a duplicate paint code with slightly different names for the year. They sent a new can at no charge and it matched perfectly. I am very appreciative of the help.”

“First time buyer with this company. I made an error in the ordering the correct color - Pascal and his team were very helpful in guiding me through the error, refunding the original purchase. Communication was A1 throughout. Ordered new color plus another! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This is the second time I have ordered paint from Scratches Happen and I have been very satisfied with the fast shipping and excellent products. They were able to match the paint on my wife's Nissan when not even the dealer could manage it. Highly recommend!”

“Paint doesn't dry hard. Microfiber cloth as suggested removes the pain even after 48h of drying time. Did a second try, waited 48 h, didn't wiped it and applied clear. Waited another 48h before washing the car the the clear and paint went away when wiping with microfiber cloth. So not a good product. Went with the manufacturer's paint and it fixed my issue.”

“I didn't even get to use the paint but they were great to deal with. Paint froze in shipping and they sent me a replacement which also froze, then the reimbursed the cost of product and shipping. Best you can do with the situation.”
