I purchased the 6 month package last night and I would like to cancel this. It is way more of a hassle for my child's apple device. No help whatsoever.

If I am paying for a certain period of time, why must it be refreshed from time to time. I would have to keep rechecking to make sure it is still on. my kids certainly aren't going to remind me

I have read several reviews that mention that it has to be refreshed. Why, if I am paying for whatever amount of time I have agreed, why should I have to refresh it? If I forget to keep checking and refreshing my kids certainly won't remind me. Several people said it can't be removed, how come
