“After placing order & being advised I'd receive it in 1-2 days, heard nothing for 2 weeks. Called & was told someone would get back to me. Received email saying items were 'lost' & that they'd send them out again. Told I'd get them within 5 days. Again heard nothing & on 5th day I called to say I wanted to cancel the order. Was told someone would get back to me but heard nothing. The screens arrived the next day. They were well packaged but several of them had small dents & one of the six was a completely different shade from the rest. I also wasn't expecting them to be plastic.
I definitely wouldn't have ordered if I'd read the reviews beforehand.
Have also unsubscribed from their emails but am still receiving them.”
“Appalling company to deal with. My order arrived damaged. I sent images straight away and after 2 weeks I am still trying to get a response out of them as to when or if I will receive my refund.
Seems that my emails are now being ignored. Cant speak to customer services as its only an answering company. How does this company get away with this???

Made a purchase of just under £500, were told multiple dispatch dates which kept getting delayed even though we'd purchased well in advance specifically from Screen with Envy to make sure the items would arrive before work was being done. Months later still hadn't received items, incredibly difficult to get hold of customer service, were then assured refund would be processed which has still not (over 6 months later) been received. Contact and comments on social media pages are being deleted, customer service not responding. Will now need to take legal action. Avoid at all costs. Screen with Envy, please contact us and process the refund immediately.”

I bought a couple of exterior doors which I paid extra for speedy delivery- they were supposed to come within a week in which I had a builder cut out 2 sections of wall to house the doors .
The doors did not arrive for another 3 months in which each member of staff would feed me a different lie- none of the fables they would tell me would match up with their colleagues stories.I offered to pick them up myself but they kept fobbing me off with more lies.
Eventually when they did come they forgot to pack the door locks which took another 6 weeks to supply.I had to pay twice for the installation.”
“Fraudulent company who needs reporting!
They take orders that they cannot fulfill and their customer service team repeatedly lie to you. They ignore your calls and emails and if you try to contact them on social media they block you. Only managed to get my money back because I paid via PayPal and set up a claim. Then they were soon quick to respond. Turns out after serveral weeks they didn’t even have my order in stock!”

These directors are allowed by law to set up again with another company registration, putting a pathetic apology on their new website for inconvenience!!

“Terrible company. They owe is £170 from 12 months ago. They went into liquidation and are now trading again. I recieved an email from them, the same people, saying everyone at Screen with envy where shocked at the company going into liquidation. Haa, no one else was shocked!!! You treated your customers badly. Steer clear!!! Bad people.”
“I would like to inform and warn all previous customers, and any possible new ones, that the Director’s of Screen With Envy have been allowed to purchase the assests following the liquidation of the original company. I spoke to the Liquidators who confirmed the details. I have just received an email (personally addressed and from Sophie with xx at the bottom, advertising their goods with the same trading name even though they took my money, never supplied the goods or gave me a refund (along with thousands of others). How they have the nerve to send out such advertising from the original data base just shows they have no conscious for what they have done and ripping off so many people. For any new customers, I would strongly advise to steer clear and purchase from a company who has a proven track record. Don’t be fooled by their discounts and so called promises.”

18.2.23 I received papers saying they were in Administration and now they are offering free slippers. The screen they owe me or my money back would be a start .

“Ordered screens in May, lots of excuses about delays in delivery but continued to support a small family company. Lots of emails with promises of delivery. Oh what a fool; I’ve now lost £ 775.”
“Please please DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered 3 trellis in April, buy 2 get 1 free. One arrived so I am missing 2 trellis & I cannot tell you how many emails, phone calls & even letters to the Directors. An advert popped up on Instagram so I contacted them via that in August & got a response promising me that my purchase would be resolved. Guess what I'm still waiting!! I don't think I can claim via my bank as it was back in April so 1 trellis cost me £140. Absolutely appalling”

Diabolical. My wife ordered two screens that did turn up in the given time frame however I was not at all pleased with the quality so at our own cost we returned them. After many exchanged email with various members of staff we were assured our refund would be given some attention. After 2 months we still had not received our refund. And then no replies to our emails and when we tried on many occasions to telephone them a fault message was given. We contacted our credit card company and a refund was made via them. This took two and a half months to be resolved. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere.”
