Absolutely disgraceful disrespectful customer service liars, do not vtrust trhese people as soon as they do not want to do anything to help they resort to type for all big companies and incapable customer services, they deny and lie until they try and force the customer to go away, Without doubt the most disgusting attitude and verbal lies ungtil they were sent their company email with the truth and facts clearly laid out to be seen along with a rerquest to pass to supervisor/management....no response, no more comments, not passed to supervisor/management and the liars never heard from again?

I had to replace the floor tiles in my conservatory and decided to buy Distinctive Flooring Ribbed Carpet Tiles Sapphire from Screwfix. I laid them using double sided tape and was happy with them. After a few months gaps started to appear between the tiles which steadily got worse. I tried to contact Screwfix and eventually got a response via their web site. The came back saying that these tiles had to be glued down and they arranged to supply a another box of tiles to allow me to refit them to remove the gaps. When the new box arrived I found that there were no instructions to state they had to be glued. There is no information stating this on either the Screwfix or the manufacturers web site. To make matters worse I found that the tiles beneath the two sofas had not shrunk making relaying them a disaster as they wouldn’t line up. Be warned do not contemplate buying these tiles.

I have purchased several items from Screwfix recently and I couldn’t be happier with the service and advice provided to me. Comparatively cheaper than most other sites and a refreshingly-simple ordering process

Ordered by click and collect. Drove nearly 10 miles to be told the warehouse had made a mistake and the item was out of stock. Absolutely shambolic

I find the new app excellent and the check in option which then lets you use the express lane in store is a fantastic idea for the tradesmen on the move

Placed an order online. Website says: We've sent a delivery confirmation. After not recieving it for quite some time called their customer service. After talking to their customer service- turns out they didn't send it (despite saying they did) and blocked the order without telling me due to that the billing address and delivery address not the same. Then they hung up. (I really do wonder what would have happened if I trusted the website and not called them.) Called them again _ they said that actually they can deliver it to a different address but will need to transfer me to different person.... Who promptly informed me that the reason that "they" called "me" (nope) was that they couldn't do that and the order blocked, and that they hadn't taken the money out of my account (they had). That they would not release the order unless that I changed the address. Long time later they said that I *might* receive an order confirmation in a week time. (The order was to be delivered in 2days) Lot of time wasted. Use any other service if you need a product delivered to you. It just isn't worth the time. They were misleading or lying half the time and incapable of communication.

Hartlepool Branch. Branch needs to vet or train employees in a bot of customer service. Possibly the third time staff have not been the best for me. “Surname” “Confirm address”, that was todays conversation. No hello, thank you, good bye. I often get the feeling they don't want to be there. One time, the staff were to busy with their own conversation than dealing with me. Needs a couple of adults whom know how to interact with customers.

Unprofessional unhelpful dreadful customer service and manager online. .staff in store amazing but shipped here for 7 years bo problem in shop or online . Maybe there new customer service or manager but gone down hill wrong advice given refuse to deal with faulty goods ? Anyone in customer service should have knowledge or the law consumer rights as any shop warranty us just extra. Noticed a lot of unhappy people lately so obviously not being run properly higher up the line. No more shopping or buying from these and that goes for anyone I know . Any faulty goods and they are not interested even though the law is faulty goods act 2015 is with the reader not the manufacturer and should last a reasonable amount of time. Not 10 months a manager would know this so now claiming for all costs too. Argos or tool station infuture for me

Screwfix are the best one-stop-shop. Where ever you are, you're only a stones throw away from a Screwfix and that really is a godsend.

I ordered taps for the bath and sink 10 months ago. All taps are now stained. I contacted Screwfix who told me they had no record of my purchase, yet it was all online! When I finally found my invoice then suddenly yes they could see this purchase also. They now advise it is a build up of limescale. All other taps in my house are perfect and have been installed a few years. I do not live in an area of high limescale. These taps are not fit for purpose. Very bad customer care. I do not recommend anyone to use Screwfix
