Honestly their delivery collaboration with DPD is rubbish. My order was delayed no one could tell me what actually happened and when it arrived some parts where missing. So not sure when i will actually get my full order. Its so annoying and frustrating. The only fast thing they did is accepted my money. That is it. Will try to avoid using screwfix in the future for sure.

For over a week and hours on the phone, I still cannot get an invoice for a £200 hedge trimmer or sign into my account - this is pathetic. Nobody calls or communicates in any way and every time I spend lengthy phone calls I’m told it’s going to be referred to some department or another!! In this day and age someone should just sort this, ridiculous, like we have nothing better to do - I’m trying to run my companies. I suggest you look elsewhere and swerve this company altogether.

I paid for next day delivery. It didn’t arrive. Three days later they won’t tell me what’s going on. Parcel force have no clue what Screwfix are doing. Screwfix only contacted me when I wrote a bad review on trust pilot. That is the level of their customer care. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade.

The Manager at Ulverston, Cumbria is extremely unprofessional. Shouting at staff members in front of customers, belittling them, disgraceful behaviour. Not management material at all. I suggest more training or a trained professional to take her place.

Always helpful at Redditch and almost never out of stock unlike the company that has the work station at the end and tool at the front

Poor customer service. Bought a padlock, which had packaging stapled together. It wasn’t working and had been placed back on the self for another sale . Can understand peoples frustrations, and time buying faulty goods but to go through the process again with the same product???? Manager then places blame on a new starter ........

Screwfix in Chelmsford is ok probably for men, but there is a very bad staff attitude towards elderly pensioner women. Making me sign a paper each time I pickup something but cannot see anybody else having to do this. It is not a pleasure visiting screwfix in chelmsfprd, no smiles there!

Ordered Tuesday at 7.30 , told to turn up at midday Wednesday. Wednesday at 12.00 told item was in but not in ( hadn’t logged into their system ) told to wait for their text should be an hour but could be 3 . Had to drive 7 miles to go there so drove back home and still waiting for the text

I was looking to purchase a cutting disc suitable for porcelain tiles. On entering the store I attempted to search for the item but without success. I decided it would be quicker to simply ask for assistance at the desk. The lady who served me was courteous and promptly brought up on her screen a list of items for me to select from. I found the blade I was looking for which the lady went to fetch to see if it was the appropriate one before I paid for it. The whole process was fast and efficient.

Screwfix is selling a JSP power cap at £336. I bought two upon advice, only to find out they don't supply FFP3 filters. We buy from Screwfix regularly. Screwfix has said they will not accept the return as it is out of the 30-day return policy (by several days). I could have bought a manual mask for £20. That would have done a better job. Their dealing with this is horrific, trying to avoid accepting a complaint and making the process difficult to put you off. I'll never buy from this company again. This isn't the first time they've sold me something incorrect. I very rarely leave bad reviews, but they deserve it.
