“Lincoln scs, Steve, Chase and Dave are the best Wanting to say how fantastic we were treated by scs staff (Lincoln store), including Steve in the carpet department and Chase in the sofa department, as well as Dave the manager. Every scs needs a Steve, Chase and a Dave. All of whom dealt with us professionally and were extremely friendly. Other stores we visited could not come close so far as cost was concerned and we also got a super deal, thanks to the above staff. Cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are considering purchasing carpets, sofas or furniture, you should not look past scs. Thanks for everything and for the great service throughout. 11 out of 10 in every department.”

“We ordered a Lazy Boy lounge suite from SCS Plymouth, staff were friendly and helpful. Delivery men were great but after they had left we noticed that the stitching on a joint was coming apart and after another day or so we realised that the comfort was nothing like the one we had seen in their store; this furniture was as hard as a brick. (Later we spotted another area which appeared to have been cut: by a Stanley knife?) We spoke to SCS and asked for a full refund, we also wrote to head office. The office staff at SCS Plymouth were very helpful and agreed to collect our furniture and refund our money: this they did within a short space of time. I feel SCS were let down by their supplier and did what they were legally obliged to do, under the 2015 Consumer Rights Act, with the minimum of fuss.”

“Had my new suite delivered today by Marvin and Dennis lovely friendly and professional guy's they called before with 1 hrs notice of arrival they unpacked assembled and checked the furniture. All boxes and rubbish was taken away nothing was too much trouble thanks guys.”

“Scs replaced my carpet due to poor fitting they sorted the problem out for us, we had a bit of a delay due to re mesuring of the carpet and getting the new one ordered but the fitters came today. I couldn't find a join anywhere I looked for faults but couldn't see any the fitters did advise me that the treads were not put on correctly the last time and if I have any further issues to contact Scs they have done a brill job”

“Just taken delivery of our new sofas.delivery men Richard gauntlett and Keith Atkinson from the Basingstoke depot were very helpful set sofa's up and took all rubbish away . very friendly and very helpful.”

“Saul our salesman was very helpful gave us time and space to chose the right sofa. The carpets were also fitted efficiently on the day stated, the delivery team of Kieran and Nigel (Doncaster)were friendly and helped us position the furniture were we wanted it to go.”

“They made us feel welcome and comfortable why we were choosing a new suite would recommend this shop to everyone for quality and price as we are pensioner's we had a limit that we could go to and your sales man abdi from the fosse park leicestershire show room was very accomadating and with his managers help was able to get the suite we wanted within our price range therefore from us it's a big thumbs up Mr and”

“Just had hall/stair/landing and two large bedroom carpets fitted and am very pleased with the FITTERS (not the store). Paul and Richard were two of the nicest people I have ever met, they were VERY courteous and very professional people. They made a fabulous job of the fitting and i would recommend them anytime to anyone. So if your getting a fitted carpet from scs don,t forget to ask for Richard and Paul for a guaranteed perfect fitted carpet.”

“Visited the sunderland store on the 23rd September with a view to purchase a sofa and carpet and was helped by Lewis, he was very helpful, polite, and professional and helped us with our purchase in a very relaxed mannor , we left the store very happy .”

“We purchased a suite and also carpeting from ScS recently. In all respects we were 100% satisfied with our experience with ScS. The sales person at the Straiton branch was extremely helpful, the carpets were delivered and fitted on time, and the suite also delivered on schedule. Prices were also very competitive and the choices available in the showroom helped us to choose the right selections first time. On the basis of the above I would certainly give ScS my recommendation...........”
