“The staff in shop were very helpful and pleasant, and the two guys who delivered our furniture were spot on from phone call with time of delivery and getting settee's into the house made it look so easy, full marks to them all thank you xx”

“I received delivery of my sofas this morning I would like to say how happy I was with the staff in Cardiff gate store from the time I walked into store until the phone call I had to say it was being delivered at 7-30 this morning it arrived on time I have to express the service we had off the delivery me they were spotless when they arrived they removed their shoes and were the most polite people I have ever met they assembled the feet onto my sofa put them in position and removed the packaging when they left the men’s names were Scott and Ant I will defiantly use scs in the future and recommend them to all family and friends”

“I got a sofa set recently and I am very happy with the price offer, with the quality of the sofa and the friendliness of service I received at store. The delivery men were very helpful as initially the sofa could not get in, but they practically sorted it in minutes, so I am quite pleased with the whole service and I am enjoying the sofa set.❤️❤️”

“I bought a sofa from SCS . Was told I'd get it before Christmas. Had a lovely lady Call me a week before and tell me delivery date. The guy's who delivered my sofa called me and told time of arrival. They were on time and got my sofa set up with no dramas. Excellent quality sofa and got it half price.”

“We have recently ordered two sofas from our Preston branch. This is the second time I've used SCS my last sofa is now fifteen years old and we fancied a change. Becky the lady who served us was lovely and came over and helped us with everything we needed, she wasn't pushy and didn't make us feel like we had to buy. A nice friendly store with some lovely good quality sofas.”

“We purchased two settees Unfortunately they were faulty when they arrived I suppose anything can be faulty the review I'm writing is the fantastic service then there after we got after care out reports were actioned for us choose another set of settees we were very satisfied thank you scs”

“My review is mainly based on the two men, Simon the driver and Kenny the delivery man, who delivered a very heavy 3 seater motorized sofa and motorized chair. From start to finish they were very efficient and professional. Making sure they took off their shoes when repeatedly having to go back and forth to the van, even after I thought I had enough dust sheets down. Without wanting to sound too gushing, I found them very helpful and did not leave until we were satisfied. Extremely appreciative of the whole operation. So if you live in the Eastbourne area and you get these two men, who obviously get on well together, you will not be disappointed.”

“We were very impressed with the service when buying our suite. Carl from the Sheffield Branch was very helpful he explained the 5 year guarentee to us and helped us pick the right suite for us. He made us a drink and we didn't feel under any pressure to buy. '”

“Such an amazing table set and chairs I had delivered. Delivery time was good and such an amazing team SCS have from those working in the store to the ones who deliver. 100/10 will recommend to anyone who wants to beautify their home”

“Went in looking for sofas and carpet, the sales assistant Dylan, in the paisley branch was brilliant, I chose a sofa and was struggling to find a carpet which would go with the sofa and my existing furniture, he made it so easy, brought samples, and gave his recommendation, with the budget I had, needless to say I came away under budget with sofas and carpet.. brilliant”
