“Shopped at st Helens store, the manager was great, good advice, the carpet cost £870, for 24ft by 12ft. We had the best underlay and free fitting. Carpet arrived on day promised . Fitter (RYAN) was polite , professional and approachable. The carpet looks amazing . I would definitely recommend this shop .”

“Can only speak as we find, SCS have always delivered on time or before expected delivery. The furnitiue we have bought from them arrived in perfect order, the men were brilliant and put the sofa bed together onsite, polite, helpful, efficient and professional. The carpets are tremendous value, fitters excellent, what more can we say, we are very happy with SCS and always when need arises go there first and usually find what we are looking for and at the best most competitive price. Thank you SCS we are loyal customers.”

“Recently visited your store in Northampton. There are a few carpet places to choose from in the retail park there, so we were spoilt for choice as to where to buy our carpets from. I’ve worked in retail for over 30 years and was incredibly impressed with the service we received from Justin one of the managers there. He wasn’t too pushy, very polite, helpful, knowledgeable, professional. We were so impressed, we bought the carpet!!! Please give Justin the praise and recognition he deserves. “Goffy and Reg delivered my armchair to complete my order , which now is complete , overall it was a great experience dealing with SCS from the salesman Lee who was really very helpful and polite , this is the second time I have purchased from SCS and can honestly say will be back next time we need carpets or furniture , and with there 0% interest it's a no brainer , first class service .”

“I had my La-z-Boy chair delivered today (13-5-2019) by the delivery (Driver Mark & Delivery Crew Joe) the service was first class. Phoned me giving time of delivery. This they achieved also very polite and helpful on setting up and explaining how to operate the Electric operation of the chair. Thanks Lads well Done Mr G Little”

“Had our sofa delivered today by Adam c and Mike w from Elland hx.. Very friendly guys notify me an hour before delivery unwrapped the sofa and chair put the feet on thank you guys keep up the good team work 😊👍”

“My review is solely for the delivery guys James G and Rab R. Made it hassle free and clearly know what they are doing. The last crew obviously don't as this was a second attempt. However it is visibly damaged and needs to be replaced after all of this. So far from happy with the product and first delivery crew.”

“STORE SERVICE. It was nice to walk around the store without being pounced on by a salesman, when we needed help to make a decision, a salesman called Jason was brilliant, he went through all of the options on colours and sofa height and being able to sit comfortably as I have short legs and completely put our minds at rest on delivery, we have narrow doors and we’re worried they wouldn’t be able to get the sofa in, he wasn’t pushy and left us to look around further to ensure we purchased the right sofa for our needs and we went to see him once we’d made our minds up, overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend ScS to friends and family.”

“I got my sofas on the 9th January the drivers were great. J.Haley & S Hartley. Great customer service they made sure my sofas were ok & didn't leave,till everything was. Very friendly. Was very impressed”
