“From the minute we walked into the shop the staff were very welcoming,which was nice for a change. I purchased the Amx Tarus All through the process of the order it was made clear with nothing hidden. On delivery the two men G.Dunsmore and P.Morgan very friendly and so much so they kindly took the two old sofas outside for me. I would certainly highly recommend SCS to anyone looking for a sofa,I would like to thank the staff in the Uddingston store and the delivery drivers for everything ☺️”

“Uddingston Store Glasgow ..Outstanding Customer Service & In particular their aftercare . We had a problem which was entirely 100% our own mistake..After worrying for a couple of days after delivery ..we really shouldnt have ..contacted the Uddingston Store and spoke with Manager Bobby..who immediately put our mind at ease and invited us back to the store to meet with him & discuss a resolution..which he did ...I cannot thank him & the staff enough and cannot recommend this store highly enough..We will be back for future purchases ..wouldnt dream of going anywhere else ..”

“Just had our new suite delivered. Cosmin the driver and Pardon the delivery crew were amazing. They fitted all the legs on our sofa, checked it all over and explained that we had 3weeks to report anything. One of the scatter cushions were missing and they explained what we had to do. Both were very polite, all the rubbish was taken away with them. We'll done guys.”

“Bought a lazy boy leather 3 seater and 2 seater recliner 3 years ago for £2700 from SCS Newport Gwent . All i can say is NEVER BUY FROM THEM . My 2 seater sofa broke with in 1 year contacted them on many occasions to get fobbed off nobody wanted to know so a 1300 pound sofa was ruined as the frame ( which was put togther with glue and staples snapped) SCS basically told us Tough nothing we can do as you did not purchase there insurance ( insurance aint worth a toss ). Im not going to ramble on as im sure you can work out i had to replace the 2 seater at my own expense .. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER... SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A BETTER COMPANY WHO WANT TO LOOK AFTER YOU .”

“first purchase from scs must say staff at hull branch very helpful kept to 7 week delivery time to deliver Delivery drivers GLYNN AND LEIGH D phoned one hour before delivery time both were friendly and excellant at there job and fully explained if I had any problems with my suite and told me the contact number would highly recommend scs”

“The suite which we ordered from SCS Stirling was delivered by Dougie, driver and Willie, crew, on Monday 30 April 2018. We were impressed with the whole process from the telephone call prior to delivery to the efficient way that our furniture was unpacked, assembled and put in place. They were pleasant and a delight to deal with. Our whole experience from the very helpful member of staff in store who answered all our questions with patience and understadding to the arrangements to accommodate delivery on a date to suit us. I have nothing but a positive feeling about SCS just as on the previous time. Finally the suite is everything that we wanted! Two very satisfied customers, thank you!”

“Cannot thank or praise SCS enough. Their customer service at has been first class helping us well beyond their legal obligations. All the staff we had dealings with, Andrew, Craig and reception staff have gone out of their way to ensure we are happy with our final choice. Would highly recommend SCS Bridgend.”

“the delivery driver mark @crew member Gwyn were the most helpful had to really work to get chair @sofa in they had to take it around the back @up and over a toilet+ they were superb .they went above and beyond .as a window had to come out a security light had to be moved ,nothing was to much trouble order number was 3404442”

“I recently purchased fitted carpet for my living room and hall. The carpet is absolutely beautifully soft with deep pile and really classy looking. After fitting I noticed a measurement error in the hall carpet and went back to the store at Straiton, Edinburgh to speak to my original salesman to complain. He was very concerned. And really helpful, within 2 weeks of my complaint ScS has replaced the faulty hall carpet with a brand new carpet. It looks fabulous and I am very pleased with my purchase and the fitting and will definitely shop again at ScS and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.”

“We have been to scs wrexham today to buy a new sofa an we were thrilled with the price and colour choice we also bought a carpet as it was so easy Andy Andy was very helpful and guided us all the way and lesley sorted all the paper work out I can honestly say I would highly recommend scs so many thanks I look forward to my new furiture arriving”

“We ordered carpets and laminated flooring sofa and a table - the carpets arrived and are amazing!! Great quality -- better than expected -Waiting on the laminates (which were only ordered recently) and we are being updated with progress continuously (John in particular has been fantastic and really hot on chasing suppliers if external) and we have been given a date in mind for the sofa etc pre xmas. Very happy with the service and for the price - can't beat it! firms like this are busy and patience is key regarding orders. Thank you SCS! (Sarah)”
