I've just placed my order with the Paisley branch and what a lovely experience it was. Alison was extremely helpful, I got a demonstration of the rise and tilt chair that's part of the sofa set I've ordered. We talked through the various combinations that were available and the finished product. It's a end of October delivery but I'm delighted if gives me time to get the room decorated. My experience with the sales person was pleasant and I'm looking forward to getting my sofa. I'll happily update everyone one my sofa arrives but based solely on my experience so far I'll happily tell everyone to go see Alison she was fantastic and made the experience really relaxing. I hope this company knows what a gem they have 😁.

Not happy called in the Wakefield shop terrible customer service told them i had seen laminate flooring advertised on the internet free fitting service they made me out to be stupid they dont do laminate flooring fitting service they said as a person who has worked in customer service all my life always credit people who do a good job i know how hard the job is but these people dont deserve a job

Very good attention at the store in Waterlooville - knew how long we would have to wait and they were true to the expected delivery date.BAS-053-059 Lee and John arrived at expected time and made a perfect delivery with no fuss and bother. Well done ScS.

Ordered our new sofa April time, sales woman was very friendly and wasn't pushy at all. The time frame was August for delivery but we took delivery in July. Overall very happy with the service and sofas. Delivery guys were excellent, very friendly and helpful

Went in to the shop in cannock.met by cheerful and polite members of staff making sure customers were safe and within guidelines looking around the shop.all furniture placed so that there was plenty of room to have a wonder.we chose a couple of sofas very well priced and good quality furniture,have shopped here for sofas a couple of times over the years and would always return here for our furniture.we had the pleasure to meet a young salesman by the name of David who informed us of all we needed to know ,and as we wanted a carpet even got us discount on that.all members of staff professional polite and personable,many thanks David for looking after us

Bought a red leather endurance corner sofa,after a few months I noticed little brown patches appearing all over the whole sofa,I complained and got a replacement in Brown, again after a few months noticed it was peeling,when I got in touch with ace they told me the replacements don't come with a guarantee, I told them that real leather doesn't peel it was then they told me that it wasn't real leather, when I bought it I was told it was real leather and had been through a procedure to strengthen the leather and remove any scarring or imperfections on the hide and make it tougher and last longer than soft leather hence to endurance. I was left with brown flakes everywhere, some people got all their money back I paid ÂŁ1400 and had to fight for a ÂŁ600 voucher to spend in scs ha if you see the new endurance sofas they are mine with all the leather coating peeled off like shabby fake suede buyer be aware they will say anything to get a sale DONT BUY ENDURANCE.

We received our 2 recliner chairs which we are pleased with,there is one complaint that both the men that delivered the chairs did not wear face masks,my husband wore his. Our address is 6 lords Close,Coalville.w

We bought a sofa which was over stuffed and manager in shop did not want to know. He suggested he comes round and jumps on it. Give it time he said. We did it was no good. Contacted customer services and we had to pay for one of their upholsterers to do report on sofa. She said over stuffed and took loads out. I asked for refund of fee as sofa was faulty when delivered. They refused.

The worst ever uncomfortable suite we have ever bought. Even my guests cant get comfy and continue to slide of it. The service was very good when we bought it but we havent contacted them over this matter.

We have just taken delivery of our new sofa on Saturday. Distribution centre S0064-4267566-BDC-006-018.The delivery crew DARREN and PERRY were brilliant. Installed the sofa professionally and without damaging anything. Plus the Mrs is happy, always a bonus. Ben.

Dear SCS potential future customers stay happy by buying Reliable seating from somewhere else! After 18 months of a sham of a service we finally got back are money today - no apology from the desk staff a lady who questioned in January last year 2018 how I could possibly know how substandardly thin the lazy boy leather was? I replied “drag your finger lightly down your eye lid & you will find the skin gathers - do the same to your heal & there’s no movement! Ours was so thin three inspections later confirmed the leather was laminating - the top layer peeling from below a common situation for SCS just read review. Co.uk who slated SCS! Unlike trust point! - Sadly being polite with the impolite doesn’t get results, we where swiftly shown the customer aftercare number as the stoke store couldn’t help or phone ! Now for Aftercare who on fitting in with me found they had a date 3 months on !! This was followed by a follow up inspection a failed call out & then a senior member coming out to authorise the 5 recliner seats purchased (a 3/2 & chair,) to be refunded or replaced with a new one. Don’t forget the no show appointment or the fact that you have to take the whole day off each time ! Result -Having been assured the New replacement would be checked on arrival & despatch, we received it just over a year later a replacement that had more quality issues than the first! Could they sort this out ? The Tablet said yes we can send you an engineer we don’t know who as the tablet looks who’s free then sends them to the next customer- on that day?! maybe you could go off the photos I sent to the stoke store manager so the leather technician could bring the stuffing / replacement leather & Un bent frame ? - no was the reply the system / tablet chooses the technician so we don’t know who to send your pics to or allow an appropriate time slot to fix it on the now 5th day taken off work) I did ask was there a human in charge of the tablet that could help me ? Sadly it’s the Tablet that tells them where to go there is nothing we can do ! The new store manager who tried her best to sort out our faulty goods said it wasn’t financially viable to replace but did offer to refund (having git authorisation said) minus the 12 months usage we had sat on it !! If it’s faulty it’s replaced or refunded! The replacement was faulty so now speak to the regional to refund all ! You don’t banter with a customer who’s sat on / waited for SCS to act & now you want to take off the usage!! Again I the customer waits ! Finally yes you can have your full refund but we will have to pick up within a week as the head office system / tablet dictates you get your refund one week later but no seat to sit on while you order from elsewhere-they know I have a spine issue but are happy for us to sit on a deck chair while A competitor has the new leather furniture made & shipped in (8weeks) I pointed out you know the delay as you have the same wait for overseas goods so now delay our collection! Again off to regional who then over rides (human intervention!) the system & adds common sense - are new leather seating arrives tomorrow morning it’s from Sofology who have been great, & squirmed at the photos of the SCS quality! SCS uplifted yesterday & scraped the leather as they left (not to worry the frame is the part that gets reused ? That’s the bent frame I replied!) I’ve trained major retail for over a decade within a totally different industry, sadly SCS is lead by a poor system & a head office far from customer focused allowing procedure to delay fixing customer issues, it seems it’s all about taking the money rather than keeping a customer & we have long memories!! I’ve received an apology a month ago from the stoke store manager & she did try, however no compensation for the day’s off time taken off emails & folow up calls & so can only take the trouble to advise customers to simply go elsewhere!

We had no problems at scs the sales staff were very good they didn't pressure us we bought 2x2 leather sofas delivery was on time and the delivery men leigh and Steve were great they took all the wrapping and and assembled the sofas they were very friendly and polite they also made sure there were no problems with the suite before they left

The store was great with plenty to choose from and the staff at birstall were amazing. Michael helped me with the sofa selection and delivery options. the only down side was the 14 week wait as its so popular.

They arrived in exactly one hour of ringing me up delivered and set up my furniture very polite men Rhyl and Anthony happy with my experience hoping now my furniture will last me many years to come

Went there in January 2017 to order two Lazy boy swivel chairs. Told 6/8 weeks delivery they came after 6 weeks two excellent delivery men and delighted with the chairs,
