“Scam Company who sold me Fast Track Passes then slapped a €79 Euro Subscription on me without knowing. I’m guessing it’s in the small print but nothing showing on my purchase.
To make it worse it took one and a half hours to get through passport control so a complete waste of money!”

My Trip's subscription is a scam.
Their website is optimised to get people to sign up for a €6 fast track pass, and hope they don't notice they are signing up for a €79 euro/90 day subscription service.
The "disclaimers" are in small grey text beneath the T&C's on the website, and after reviewing the whole sign up - doesn't even show as being added to your basket that you are signing up for anything more than a single pass.
The email "reminder" of the trial, is actually a hidden disclaimer in the initial purchase confirmation. The email has a bold headline confirming my €6 purchase, and then in the greyed, small, subtext - 4 paragraphs in is their "disclaimer"”

First of all they lie about their names. Not a good start. At first an Aron William from India I thought was a possibility. But then a Christopher from the same place and a Maggy from Get a Flight also from that part of the world??? The pattern was forming.
Its a racket I'm telling you.
Was told a Quantas flight was cancelled. Then told very over booked?? Ok so over booked or cancelled?? Mr Sir your flight is cancelled by Quantas BUT Mr Sir I have another flight same time by Quantas who will charge only £170 more. Do you confirm. He hassled me to confirm. He then offered me a new flight and a £200 refund making it out he was doing me a good favour. Only for me to find that flight on net for £230 less than their price.

DO NOT USE!!!!! MY TRIP / GET A FLIGHT or any of the bucket shop names you do not recognise. Its a racket and you will encounter a lot of stress and waste a lot of time.”
“Worst customer service ever! After my flight was cancelled I’ve got no information about my connection flight! Instead they’ve sent me an email how to go through security control in Istanbul when I was stuck in Jordan! We even called three times and they confirmed the flight was going… just when we arrived at the airport after a 5 hours bus trip, a 45 minutes taxi ride and waiting for 2,5 hours it was shown that all flights from Pegasus have been cancelled! No desk in Amman in the middle of the night we had to get a hotel”
“Mytrip.com is a third party travel company. I bought through them my tickets from Toronto to Paris, air carrier was "Icelander". I paid for me and my husband 366$ travel insurance ( including medical and travel disruption), but they never provided that insurance with Manulife. They charged the money from my credit card but no insurance. I called them several times prior 2 weeks before my travelling and the only answer was " your case is escalated and we will refund the 366$".. So i travelled without insurance, two weeks( thanks god nothing bad happened), came back from my trip and called again and no answer where is the refund or when it will be. The call agents from company are located in India( as they said) and they are lying and not providing legit information. This company is not reliable and if you get any issue they will not help to resolve it. It is a crime to charge costumers and not providing service. I had no problems with tickets or airline, but they(mytrip) charged me for travel insurance 366$ and didnt provided it. I called directly to travel insurance Manulife, they had no information at all, no my name on file or insurance number, and Manulife is reputable company and i travelled many times and had they insurance. It was first time that I booked my rickets with Mytrip.com and obviously last, absolutely NOT Reliable, dont take a risk, scammers who hope people will get tired contacting them and will not sue them”

The worst place to buy anything .. I had an awful experience with my trip .. avoid them pay more for better service with no regret .. £159 down the drain ..I have communicated with them in all ways .. email, live chat and phone . Waiting at least 4 days of my time .. just to change the ticket to the next day when I called with 24 hours window . The airline had no issue but my trip wanted £395 in return .. reply was forced out by me calling them for update while I was told they will contact me ..”
“I bought the ticket from my trip for my wife and son (Order No. 1021-333-849). They gave us wrong ticket after payment. Due to that my wife and son could not fly in that ticket. I raised a complaint about it but they refuse to refund.”

I called the UK no. & also had to wait a very long time! In that timeframe the fee for rebooking increased! Ridiculous customer service!! I do not recommend Mytrip!!”

I purchased flights via them and added 1 suitcase to and back. they made a mistake and paid the airline for 2 suitcases on the flight to the destination and zero for the flight back, which resulted in me having to pay at the airport for my suitcase AGAIN.
the airline explained all this to me and showed me in their systems the mistake, gave me all the info and receipt to show mytrip and ask for them to reimburse me.
I opened a ticket for mytrip, filled in all the paperwork, attached the files, they gave me a hard time and stopped replying for weeks. at the end the replies saying attached here is proof we did no mistake but only attached an html of that email thread. when I replied telling them: you forgot to attach it, just send me proof you guys paid the airline correct and all take all this with them, I got an auto reply saying I cant reply since this ticket is already closed! kindly open a new ticket. this is after months.. amazing”
“I had an extremely poor experience with My Trip. We booked a round-trip flight from Israel to Germany with Lufthansa through them. The return flight, scheduled for August 3rd, was canceled due to the security situation. Lufthansa offered us an alternative flight with a layover in Greece, but that flight was also canceled.We first contacted My Trip on August 12th, and the agent told us that the request was being processed and that we would be contacted via email. A month has passed since then, and no one has contacted us. We haven’t received any email, not even in the spam folder. On September 3rd, we called again, and this time we were told to contact Lufthansa to verify the flight cancellation. We spoke to Lufthansa again, and they confirmed that they had already sent all the necessary details to My Trip.We contacted My Trip again, and the first agent didn't know how to assist us and transferred us to his supervisor. We were placed in a queue with 56 people ahead of us, and after waiting for over two hours, there was no response. It’s unreasonable that, a month after the flight was canceled, we still haven’t received any refund.It’s unbelievable how much time and frustration is required just to get a refund that we are entitled to. The service we received was terrible, and it’s clear that My Trip is not a reliable company. It’s better to book directly with the airline, even if it costs a bit more, at least there’s someone to talk to.”
“You are the worst agency!!!!! You do not trust this company . They are thieves. No consideration! No empathy! Shame on you ! We ask for a refund because I cannot no longer travel since my husband passed away before our flight . We cancelled our flights and ask for refund since our tickets are refundable. Then 5 agents asks for the death certificate of my husband. Each time I called they keep on asking the death certificate even I already send it to them. And now I’ve been asking for about 3 months the refund and I just don’t get it that they refused the refund . How come my trip ? How come you don’t give me my money back ?? “Scammers. After paying, they offer u 3 times expensive price. Reason they show that prices changed during payment process. But if ull try with other accounts, u can see the same price even after 6-8 hours. And whatever u try to buy happens in the same scenario for all flights ( immediately got note that " prices are more expensive during last minute it changed. At least 3-4 times the price difference " )no matter distance,destination, or price.”
“It was one of the worst services that I have received.
I bought three flight tickets and the first one was rescheduled by the airline; then the next two flights must be changed due to time conflict. only 5 days was left to my flight so I have to changed them quickly.
I have contacted them via phone to change my flight. after long time waiting time, one agent registered my case. I waited for several hours, no action. Then again I called them; after long hours, another agent answered me and I had to explained the case again and he promised me to resolve it urgently. again, I waited for 4 hours without receiving any actions, I called it again, another agent answered me. when I asked the due date to resolve the case, the agent told me, it might be friday and they do not work on saturday and sunday. My flight is on monday morning. I complaint and she said it is an internal procedure and out of their control as a mediator because they have to wait for airline to response them. I argued with them for half an hour without finding any solution. then I decided to contact airlines directly and less than half an hour the two airlines rescheduled my flight.
again I contacted mytrip, this time through online chat, to inform them that I have rescheduled them myself to avoid duplication. again i wait for 45 min for the agent's reply. I explained the case, she said I had to connect me to another department, wait another 45 min for second agent's reply, again i had to explain . she said it is not under her responsibility and connect me to another department. the same story.
the case that can be solved in half an hour, takes about almost 1 day of my time.
if I did not directly change my flight through airline, probably all my trip plan will be destroyed.

Airline canceled flights and MyTrip were unable to confirm new bookings. When instead requesting a refund for the booking (that was offered) they were still unable to do that.
Worst customer support experience of my life. Clueless Indian call centre staff unable to do anything.

Tried to get them to refund it, they blatantly refused. After many attempts and emails I started a chargeback with my bank for fraud; once I started they were quick to refund, completely ignoring their "reasons" of why they couldn't refund.
DON'T BUY! SCAMMERS.”
