“I was able to have a chat with my hairdresser before I had my haircut at the Sean hanna in Bristol. I had been growing my hair out for 5 years and finally was having it cut short so she was very attentive to what I wanted, I wasn’t feeling too scared. The interior of the shop is great too, especially the sinks. Even got a head massage which was a really nice surprise and more importantly, I love my hair!”

“Visited the Epsom branch just to have a trim and was treated by Charlotte, she did exactly what I asked and I'm really happy with it and had a lovely head massage from her. Very lovely staff and made me feel very relaxed”

“I have been going to Canary Wharf for about 18 months now and normally I have a fantastic experience apart from yesterday when the stylist was doing someone else’s hair at the same time as mine and someone else dried my hair then I was left sitting there waiting it wasn’t until I said something that my stylist finished my hair it wasn’t her fault I was told someone had double booked it seemed very rushed not a good experience.”

“Brody cut my hair and was absolutely fantastic- she took her time explaining what she would do and making sure I was happy. She was friendly and talkative, gave a brilliant hair massage and cut my hair expertly- it looks brilliant! Would definitely recommend her and will use her again.”

“My previous hairdresser who I had been with for years had retired so I had to find another one and came to the Putney branch last November and was a little nervous at first but very impressed how welcome the people are and it's so clean. I had my hair hi-lited in December to go more blonde and very impressed. I'm so glad to have found a professional hairdresser. You are really looked after and would recommend.”

“I recently visited the Canary Wharf salon, and Joanna was nothing short of amazing! I found that she listened to what I wanted and also offered me great advice to get my hair back to it's healthy state! I am incredibly happy with how my hair has turned out - Joanna is fab! :)”

“Been coming to see Tomasz for nearly 8 years. There was a short gap where I wasn’t able to come the Bristol salon and I was unfortunately forced to use other hairdressers, which was an awful time becaus Tomasz is simply the very best hairdresser I have had the pleasure of coming to see. He is attentive and listens to all my concerns as I am a very picky customer when it comes to hairdressers. On top of Tomasz’s expert service and skill, the salon experience is a treat from start to finish.”

“Called 5 minutes before my appointment to tell me it would be 1 hour and 20 minutes late - then corrected herself to 40 minutes late. I was already in Canary Wharf so this was extremely unhelpful - do not recommend”
