“Rebecca at the Putney Salon, is very, very good. I have been getting my hair cut and coloured for a couple of years now by her, and she is always very conscientious, hard working and professional. She is an asset to the team and does a great job. I have asked her manager to take this feedback into her appraisal/bonus scheme, in hope that she can be rewarded/recognised for her work. Kerry-Ann”

“Had my hair cut and highlighted yesterday at Sutton. Very pleased with cut and colour. Lovely staff abut not a great Mothers Day treat as it was sooooo COLD in the salon. My stylist rushed around trying to find a little heater and myself and another customer took turns to share this. Plus we were given extra towels to drape around us to keep warm. I was in the salon for approx 3 hours and seriously uncomfortable and chilled to the bone when I left. The staff were also cold and said they had asked for the heating to be fixed. I couldnt enjoy my head massage as the feeling of cold wet hair being pressed on my freezing head was not pleasant! Such a shame. The staff said they had asked for the heating to be fixed so I dont know how long this has been going on but my visit cost me £200 and I choose to visit a salon for the 'salon experience' but was very disappointed this time. Come on Sean Hanna, sort it out!”

“I find the haridressers professional and hair cut etc was very good. But on the last couple of occasions the girls who wash hair aren't that professional... I get the impression they are talking about clients and being bitchy... there are two who have an attitude! One in particular... I have to say this is the first time in years of going that I want to not come back.. I pay good money and come out feeling like a leper... not good!! This is Worcester park salon!”

“My 6-year-old daughter and I had our hair cut by Lily at the Cambridge salon. Lily did a brilliant job with our hair (particularly mine, which was badly in need of a colour and tidy up) and she was wonderful with my daughter who really loved chatting to her. The atmosphere in the salon is fun and relaxed, and the overall experience was lovely. Thanks very much!”

“I am really disappointed with my appointment I had yesterday. My appointment was at 3pm, I had a phone call at 2pm asking if I can change my appointment to later as the hairdresser was running late. I said on the phone I was really sorry but I couldn’t change it. The lady then said that I would have to wait because they were running late. (What was the point of asking if I can change my appointment time in the first place? I clearly had no choice!) When I got there I finally had my hair washed at 3.35pm! So I was sat doing nothing for 35mins. To top it off my hair wasn’t even washed properly and the lady who gave me my ‘Seanhanna head massage’ was so miserable. She wasn’t smiling and was scowling to the point where I felt too intimidated to even look her in the eyes. She was very off putting, and although I have sympathy that she was learning, she clearly never heard of a service with a smile. I was then sat from 3.50pm till 4.25pm with cold wet hair dripping into my ears as I was still waiting for my hairdresser! Granted he did apologise but another 35mins of waiting only this time I’m shivering cold! It took him all of 10mins to cut my hair, and then he had to rewash it as the lady who ‘washed’ it to begin with didn’t get all the shampoo out! I then had my hair blow dried, he didn’t even part my hair into sections like I normally have done and just rushed it! £102 later I finally left the salon at 5pm! Ridiculous, and poor service. This is the third time I have had an experience like this. Not on.”

“I highlighted my hair today at Sean Hanna - first time customer- and I absolutely love it. Holly was the friendliest stylist I've ever had and so professional, thorough and made me feel beautiful. She did a brilliant job. The massage chair I sat on while getting my hair washed was such a treat! Great salon, wonderful customer service and overall fantastic experience. Will definitely go back and recommend to people I know :) -Nadya”

“I visit the Epsom branch and have been going there for a few years now. Whilst all the hairdressers have been good, I have to say that I am particularly impressed with Billy. He's now cut my hair twice and with thick, curly/frizz prone hair I have to say that I have finally found a hairdresser who actually 'gets it' and I have been delighted with both cuts and how it stays in good shape afterwards. I have been given vouchers for a birthday present for a rival salon but I won't go there now I have found Billy as he is so good. He also cut my two little girls' hair (also thick and curly) and did a great job. I would also like to say that the lady on reception (I think it's Jan) is brilliant - she's occupied, drawn pictures and read to my girls while I am having my hair done and she's always friendly and chatty.”
