“I have been having a cut and colour with Tomm at the Putney Salon for just over a year now and it is fab every time. Excellent service, knowledge about products and hair always looks great! Thanks so much”

“I have been very happy with my wash and blow dries at Sutton, atmosphere nice, head massage good, and I really feel relaxed during my appointment, however, the price have suddenly increased more than 10%, even with a discount card, so now Im thinking its getting too expensive for me to go anymore, also why are there at least 4 or 5 girls hanging around the cash desk when I go and pay? They all stop talking and look at what Im paying and probably whether they are getting a tip!. I found this VERY intimidating. Please, there only needs to be my stylist and the girl on the till there, OK?”

“I went to Cambridge branch yesterday, just for a fringe trim. I was made to feel very welcome. A young man (I think his name was Dean) cut my fringe , softened it, revamped whole head of hair with hairdryer and products. I felt like a new woman. I returned to work and had many compliments.”

“Another great cut by Tomm (Putney), in fact the best yet. What makes Tomm different (certainly in my experience) is that he really makes the effort to get to know your hair type and work with it. He'll also work with your own ideas and express his honest views about what he thinks will and won't work unlike some who will just do as you say irrespective to expectation of what it might look like! I haven't been disappointed to date. He also works on the colour too. I haven't had a non-enjoyable experience in the salon yet (been attending for a year now and go along regularly). Everyone makes you feel relaxed and looked after.”

“I visited the Epsom Salon for the first time 8 weeks ago. Scott was my stylist and he seemed to know immediately what needed to be done and I was extremely pleased with the result. Janet on reception was very pleasant and helpful and everyone there helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. My second appointment was last week and my hair is looking good. Thank you so much. “This was the worst haircut that I have ever had. I begged for it not to look like a helmet but that is what I got - a boring helmet with the fringe cut far too short on one side. I was so disappointed. My previous haircut was done in California, when I was visiting my children, and the style and brilliance of that cut was still clear but also, I had brought in a PHOTO of it when it had just been done, showing exactly what I wanted, but did not get. Then, to top it all, the two who did my shampoo and cut then stood at the counter when I was about to pay, implicitly demanding a tip, making me feel so annoyed ( I thought that a tip is supposed ' to indicate pleasure' and is voluntary) that the tip I gave was grudgingly given. I have always taken the tip I choose to give to the persons involved. I only realised the full horror of my cut after a few days, when I had washed and dried it myself. It is AWFUL”

“I've been going to the Bristol salon for a couple of years now and have been impressed with Jordan in particular. He's always friendly and personable and we have a good chat while he's washing my hair! Little things like remembering details from conversations a few months ago makes me feel like a valued customer. He also gives the most amazing head massages! Jordan for Trainee of the Year! :)”

“I've been going to Sean Hanna in Putney for the last couple of years. I've been colouring/highlighting my hair for over 10 years, but this is the best colour I've ever had. I love their Quatrolights method and Chris my stylist knows exactly the right blend to suit me. I've also for the first time in years have had a cut that I love and holds it's shape until the next visit. Chris is very skilled in both colour and cut.”

“I have been going to Sean Hanna for nearly two years and always find the experience exhilarating and so pleasurable. The massage seat when having your hair washed, the head massages all contribute to a satisfying feeling. The staff are friendly without being pushy and especially Jemma who is an amazing stylist. She instinctively knows which haircut suits. I would recommend Jemma at Sean Hanna without hesitation. Vina”

“Another amazing experience at Sean Hanna Sutton! Service from start to finish there is first class - made to feel so welcome and like a VIP! Have had Jack cut my hair and his ability is second to none! Massage by holly was fab! And great advice by receptionist on products! Plus tea and bickies! :) Can't fault it!! Thanks guys! “Jack in the Sutton SeanHanna is one of the best stylist I've ever seen, he knows what he's talking about when it comes to hair styles and colours. “Twice I have had my hair cut and styled by Vicki. She is the only stylist who has ever understood what I want to achieve and she has delivered this every time! She is very friendly and easy to get on with, but more importantly is that she makes me feel so good about myself and my hair looks amazing. Thank you Vicki”
