“I have been a customer of Sean Hanna for over twelve years at the Sutton branch. In that time Gena my stylist has always given an excellent service both in regards to my hair and her customer service skills. It has always been a pleasure to be pampered with the mood lights and massage chair at the wash basin to the head massage and then the warm cosy towel wrapped around your head making you feel warm and pampered. I have always received an excellent service from the point of entering the salon to leaving from all staff and have always given excellent recommendations of the salon to anyone who is looking for a new salon. However on my last two visits I have been deeply disappointed in the service received by the staff washing hair and the Indian head massage. Both have been sultry in their manner the first wanted to talk to other staff instead of focusing on the job in hand . I was sent back to my chair with no head massage no towel and dripping hair round my shoulders, also no offer of a drink. She had to be asked by Gena to do a head massage which ended up an unpleasant experience due to her being sour faced and looking out the window . The second visit was not any better with no wash chairs working so no leg and back massage no lights the head massage was only done to the top of my head and no towel wrap. On being placed back with Gena she was asked to get me a drink which she then turned to Gena and said "What does she want". Firstly do not like to be called "SHE" and secondly I could of been asked what I wanted to drink. Whilst waiting for Gena to finish the previous customer I had time to look around the salon. Broken glass in the back of cabinets in the public area, the rubber foot bars rubber falling off and several customers slipping on the shiny floor. I even saw staff putting talk on the floor where they worked so they would not slip while working. It is not cheap at Sean Hanna for a top stylist and the overall experience is important. I am sorry to say that my past two experiences have not come anywhere close to the levels I have previously received and cannot comment to any other person if asked other than negatively. If it was not for Gena I would be looking for another salon. Its about time somebody took an interest in staff after training and also visit the salons with open eyes. Increasingly disappointed.”

“I visited Billie in the Epsom branch. He was very friendly and attentive and I am very happy with my new hair. I liked the personal approach and the fact that he really listened to what I wanted.”

“Salon - Cambridge Stylist (colour & cut) - Jodie No matter what style I ask for (or how vague I am), be it an Alexa Chung lob or long balayage, I always leave feeling ridiculously pleased with my hair. Jodie is the master of expensive-looking hair, and understands the art of subtle colouring techniques better than anywhere else I've ever visited. The cut she gives is also amazing, and I've never found myself frustrated at being unable to style my new cut, it just always works and grows out beautifully!”

“I went into seanhanna after experiencing a hair dye disaster at a different salon. Seanhanna were really friendly and able to help. I popped in and was able to speak with the colour specialist, Darren, then and there to talk through options. He was then able to book me in two days later, just before Xmas. The results were brilliant and the colours looked really natural. He applied a conditioning treatment which also meant my hair felt really soft. Would definitely go back. Saved my xmas and NYE.”

“This was a Christmas present from my daughter and wow what a present. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, from the beginning, discussing what were my requirements, the cut and finish, head massage and the friendliness of all the staff. Thank you, felt amazing leaving the shop.”

“Tom at the Putney Sean Hanna is definitely a brilliant stylist, Lloyd is brilliant at colour and Sky makes you feel you are her only client of the day with the amount of care and attention she gives to you and your cut. They are all true proffesionals and I travel a long way to get there its worth the long journey. I wish them all a happy New year and hope they go from strength to strength with their salaon and personal stylest work. Regards x”

“Staff are really welcoming in the Bristol branch and I have been a regular customer since they opened the Salon (6 years). Never been disappointed with my haircut as Adam is so good at knowing what will look best.”

“I had my hair cut yesterday by the fantastic Hayley in Bristol. Its really one of the best haircuts I've ever had. And all that after a lush shampoo and massage from Isobelle. All round great experience and I can't wait for next time :) Joyeux Noël xx”

“Best. Haircut.Ever!! Noel at the Bristol Salon was amazing - he took time to understand my hair which on the face of it is quite easy because it's short, but it can be tricky because it's thin...anyway, my brief was 'I feel old and frumpy, help me' and Noel delivered absolutely, I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a superb hair cut in comfortable, friendly surroundings. I'll definitely be back!!”

“Seanhanna salon is the Best salon that I have ever been to in my life. I discovered them in March this year and since then I book a visit with Lucie every month. She is amazing and very talented! I had many different blonde shades on my head and I am always very pleased with the results. Lucie is always looking after my hair well, since my first visit my hair condition improved a lot and people started complementing it. Thanks to Lucie my weakest point turner to my asset :-) I would higlighly recommend Seanhanna salon in Putney!”
