I am not one to randomly go into a hair salon without significant consideration of the consequences. However, this time I am glad I did. It had 5 months since my last haircut and to say I needed one is a serious understatement. As soon as I walked into Sean Hanna, I knew it was a good choice. I was seated and then met Noel, who was excellent, and gave me a free hair consultation. He knew exactly what he was talking about and I felt immediately relaxed in his hands. I have only had a few hair cuts in my life where I left the salon feeling great and this experience at Sean Hanna is definitely top of the lot! Thank you Sean Hanna for a new amazing look!

Currently sat in the Putney salon having a much needed cut and colour. Feeling super relaxed with a glass of wine (????????) and magazines whilst engaging in the atmosphere. Thank you Tomm, the only place I'm ever confident in walking out feeling happy with my hair. And everyone knows how fussy I am! Xx

Back again to write yet another great review! I've had Tomm (Putney) as my hairdresser for over two years now and wouldn't go elsewhere. I go to the salon regularly and trust Tomm completely that he knows what's best for my particular hair. He'll listen to your own ideas however is also strong enough to say no if he really thinks what you're suggesting won't work - I for one appreciate a service like that. Recently went in to have my colour adjusted and was very happy with the end result. Tomm also gave me a fab blow dry. Whilst in the salon I completely relax, which is fab too - it's a great atmosphere - testimony to Tomm's management skills! The other staff, such as Lloyd are friendly too and if they have time will always pop over and say hello showing they don't just forget you if you're a regular!

WENT IN FOR BLONDE ROOTS CAME OUT PINK 3.5 HOURS LATER,THEN DEMANDED I PAY! came in for a 11.40 appointment on Saturday 28th November to get my roots done. I have a blonde colour in my hair and my roots were showing through. I have had this done by numerous other hair dressers before with no problems at all and wanted to try your salon. The whole process with Sean Hanna Wimbledon can be described as nothing short of a nightmare. The girl doing my hair chatted to me first about what needed to be done and then confirmed with a senior colleague the correct product to use and length of time to leave it on. Once applied she went off to start someone else's hair and said she would pop back to check on me. She did this, numerous times, always saying I needed 5 to 10 mins longer, even when we were well over the time period that the senior hairdresser had said. In fact it was left in c20 mins longer than the time that had been suggested as a maximum. Eventually someone came to wash it off. I was at the wash basin for at least 40 mins in the end and could clearly tell something was wrong when hair dresser after hair dresser came over to wash it and then toner was put on, and scrubbed and scrubbed in more than I've ever experienced. I kept asking if something was wrong and was consistently told no. After having toner on my hair for at least 20 mins I finally had my hair washed and was sat in front of a mirror for a 'relaxing head massage'. This was the first time I got to see my hair which was now bright pink! I was mortified and very upset at this point. When the lady who had done my hair was called over I was told that 'these things happen sometimes' but that it wouldn't even notice when it was dry. This was a total lie because eventually, after drying my hair completely (burning me 3 times in the process, despite me saying each time that the hairdryer was too close to my head and burning me), it was still very pink! At this point she brought over another of your colourists who tried to say that this happened because my hair was too porous. When I told her that I'd had my hair coloured for years and this had never happened before the two of them finally admitted that both the initial colour and then toner had been left on too long. The solution they offered was for me to go home and that if I washed it ‘once or twice’ it would then come out. In the meantime I was told that it was your policy was that i needed to pay for the service. I couldn't believe this response. You seriously turn my hair pink and then expect me to pay for it! I was then told instead I could stay and one of your hairdressers would 'rectify the issue'. At this point I had already been in your salon for over 3 hours. I have a family at home and commitments to collect my husband and kids. I told your staff this and that I therefore couldn't stay. 3 hours was already a huge amount of time just to have roots touched up and to be honest, with the incompetence of your staff up to then, I really wouldn't have trusted them to do anything other than make it worse. This was when I was told very rudely by 2 different women that I therefore needed to pay regardless. You turned my hair pink and seriously expect me to pay for the pleasure of it! Your staff were in no way sympathetic to what they'd done to me and we're actually very rude. I couldn't have been treated worse! WROTE TO HEAD OFFICE regarding this and never heard back

For just just under 18 months I've been having my hair cut and coloured by Corey at seanhanna Bristol and the result is always fantastic. I've never had so many people stop to complimemt my hair! The colour is rich, vibrant and shiny and barely fades between touch-ups and the cut is gorgous. Their service is brilliant and the atmosphere in the salon is lovely and relaxed. The soft colour bar on the chairs by the washbasins and the complimentary drinks while you wait are also highlights! I have and would continue to recommend the salon.

Best haircut I've ever had. I've seen Dan in the Bristol salon twice now and can honestly say the service they provide and my hair is always first class. Can't recommend Dan enough!

i am always very happy with the cuts I get at Sean Hannah. I usually go in with a slight idea of what I want and the staff will advise me and give their opinion of what they think will suit me which makes it feel very personal. They always seem very knowledgable and confident. The head massage is amazing. I always recommend to friends.

Dylan at Sean Hanna Putney has been my stylist for a year now and I would follow him to any salon (although SH is my favourite!) .. Always does an amazing job and I'd highly re commend him to anyone!

Had a fantastic haircut by their new barber, Dan, at the Bristol branch. Excellent cut, grew out very well, highly recommended. Will definitely go here again. Stuart

I've been going to SeanHanna in Putney for the past 3 years. It's always such a great experience, from walking in to heading out. The stylists pay close attention to your needs, but also offer strong and knowledgable advice as to how your hair can work best for you. Also the massage chairs are ace.

Been at the salon for five years now ( Putney) with Tom and Skyla. They are top notch- always squeeze me in, sometimes when I don't deserve it! Are great fun, deliver a great cut and blow dry every time- very rarely run late and I hope Tom will be cutting my hair for many years to come !
