“I visited Worcester Park with the intention of having a few light layers put in the top so it wasn't so flat. I left with the top unchanged but the back cut so short it is difficult to dry and sticks out and also a few have pointed out a chunk is missing one side, the sides are just awful. It was suggested they were cut shorter to go behind my ears but it's too short so they are just a clumpy mess. My husband said it is the ugliest haircut I've ever had. My daughter and neighbour were just as complimentary. I was due to go to a ball on Saturday evening and ended up staying home because I feel so humiliated about the state of my hair. £700 on a dress £200 on tickets and £235 hotel bill, wasted. I'm at work today and a source of fun for many. Thank you Sean Hanna but I won't be back.”

“I've been coming to Putney Sean Hanna for about a year now and couldn't be happier. I have thick unruly hair and my stylist Holly knows just how to tame it and make it look fabulous. I am super picky about my hair and with Holly I found the perfect match. Professional and friendly staff make this salon a joy to visit each and every time. I love it.”

“Dylan at Putney branch does my hair and every time I receive a wonderful service. His technique has developed over time and I now get 20 signature cuts in one visit. My hair is unruly and thick but Dylan likes the challenge . He is also very personable and warmhearted so we enjoy long chats about the best Tapas bars and cafes in London. He gives good advice on how to look after the health of my hair and I always receive a special head massage. Thanks Dylan it is a joy to come for a cut - for me is a day out!!!!!”

“Had booked for a gloss. When I arrived we spoke about choosing the colour and only once the colourist finished applying the colour did I realise they were only doing the roots with permanent tint. I have never put permanent colour on my hair any am now my hair feels much drier than before. Very disappointed.”

“What a fantastic experience! I have been Sean Hanna's regular customer however today's visit was exceptional! Thanks to Noel Halligan -a stylists in Bristol- who not only did an amazing job with a great hair cut but made the whole experience exceptional! The style and the method of how the haircut was done was very interesting. It not only suited my style and expectations, but made my hair lighter and easy to manage. I admire Noel's perfectionism and passion for what he does. Would you ever think that the body position and a comb are a major key to an excellent haircut? That's what I've learned today as well. Of course can't forget about the head massage, absolutely fabulous! Every time when I'm at Sean Hanna the experience is very unique and innovative. I look forward to to the next visit. Thank you Noel”
