I went in to have my hair tidied up. It was a trim, rather than a restyle, so you can imagine my shock at being charged nearly £70. They need to make it clear when you book the level of stylist you've been given. I was expecting £40. Won't be returning.

Dillion putney Sean Hanna has been a heaven sent for my curly hair his charming helpful and an excellent hairdresser whose patient and my hair has never looked better. I recommend him to any girl with curly hair and beyond 5 stars from me am extremely happy ?????????????????

I went to the salon in canary wharf and was really happy with the customer service as well as with the stylist Molly . She was very nice very professional and communicating every thing while she was cutting my hair

I visited the Sean Hanna in Cambridge recently. Lovely lady but I explained what I wanted from my hair cut and didn't get that, I was given a very unevan much longer cut than I wanted with layers that didn't lay well. She didn't put any product in my hair at the end and once I was out of the salon I noticed I had a patch about 2cm long and wide behind my ear that was shaved to what I would say is a number 1 or less. If I had been told that she made a mistake while neatening up the edges I would have appreciated her honesty and suggested taking all my sides up and maybe putting in a fade. Instead she didn't mention it and I noticed it while walking around town. Most certainly not worth £50 of my money and a definite waste of my time as I've just had to go to another salon to fix the haircut I was given. My first and last visit.

The lady washing out my colour asked me to hold my hair whilst she washed another part of my head. This lead to staining on my fingers and newly shellaced nails. I showed her this and was given hair spray to remove, which didn't work and then stain remover, which also did not work. I will now have to incur an additional expense to have the shellac and stain removed from one nail and repainted. 2 days later the stain is still very prominent on one finger and nail plus the staining around my hairline was not even removed/touched, so I have a stain all around my forehead. I was charged £100 which for me is a lot of hard earned money, so I would expect a much better service. I was pleased with the colour and blow dry, but the overall service was not as good as it should be. I went to Canary Wharf branch receipt ref. tx110281. Thanks

BOTCHED Balayage Tried to email head office, none of the emails seem to work. Really wanted to email to ask for the promotion of balayage to stop as what I saw on pictures and really wanted was too far from what I got. The service was rushed and was told after to get it lighter, might need a few attempts which would cost me over £300!! If I knew this at the beginning, I would have gone somewhere else as my hair is naturally light brown! Feeling even worse going back after the stylist said she would correct it making it lighter, she instead proceeded to add thick chunky colour blocks through the front when I asked many times to ensure it was kept natural! It now looks ridiculous! got my graduation on thursday & am feeling at a complete loss! Phoned another salon called Nero went to see them & they were horrified asking if I'd seen the back, I said I hadn't and it was pretty obvious that the back wasn't as half as light as the front. Also where these horrible chunky sections were, I now have a hideous line across so it looks like dip dye or box dye which was never what I wanted. I asked for baby lights at the front just to ensure it was kept natural, just wanted it lighter. Couldn't have been further from it, anyone considering this, please research and go somewhere else where the stylist really listens to you, not just rushes when you're paying a lot of money for this! If I knew this would happen, I would have never even considered it! So anyone drawn in by the promotional video, please please go somewhere else! My stylist did not even wear gloves or put the hair in packets, hence why it did not go light enough in the first place! Having done the front right first and ending up at the front left has also made my hair look ridiculous as one side is brighter than the other, with the back just looking brassy! Considering it's meant to be balayage it doesn't even look like ombre, there is nothing natural about how it now looks!! Please, please anyone reading this, go somewhere else!!!

I had a fabulous haircut with Holly, which I simly love. She is a great stylist and I'd definitely recommend her.

Sean Hanna in Canary Wharf is a great salon. Today Mariusz did my hair - EXCELLENT cut and style. Highly recommend him no matter how fussy you are!

Came in for a tidy-up - great cut, and fabulous blow-dry. Beth listened to what I asked for and was friendly and efficient. Love the colour-changing wash pods!

Amazing service from the minute I walked in. Wonderful head massage and back massage chair. My stylist, Holly, did a brilliant job with my long hair and would definitely go there again.

Worcester Park Fab staff - Charlotte (Trainee) The Positive! Charlotte has been a great addition to the WP Salon and I have got to know her over the last two years. She is always smiling and chats away to customers, she's always busy around the salon and really enjoys what she does. Now she is nearly graduating and I am sure she will make a great hairdresser. The Negative! Charlotte will soon be finishing her training and it will be a great loss to the WP salon to let her go somewhere else. I appreciate that WP is a training salon and normally the Trainees go onto a different salon for more experience - but can't we keep one and can it be her! So to Sean or whoever makes the decision on where she goes - please consider letting her stay :)
