Sears home services is the worst to deal with. Placed an order 7/3/2024 and yet to receive the part for thr Kenmore side by side refrigerator. They keep saying the is on order and keep pushing the delivery date back more. Do not order from Sears home services!!

Not happy! Bought a fridge! Delivery date was 7/1/24 and never got it! Never got an email or call indicating it would be delayed! I cancelled the order which took longer than should have! It was effectively cancelled 7/12/24! I was told it should take 7 to 10 business days to refund the money they took from my account upon purchase in June 2024! It has been 20 business days and my money has not been returned! They have effectively stolen my money!!! Anyone want to start a class action??? Let me know

com on July 3rd and had to add an additional $500 to purchase the dryer with a delivery date of July 15th which was confirmed via an email that they sent him but to no surprise the dryer wasn’t delivered on the promised date.

Absolutely terrible experience! We ordered a fridge May 25th and were given an online date for delivery. It never came with no notification. We called and were given a new date, no one came. It has now been over a month and nothing. I asked if there’s someone I can complain to and was told, “there is no such department.” I hope my cancellation goes through but I am worried. Please do not purchase from them, it’s not worth it!!!
