“I had a service repair appointment in Palacios and the service repair man named Joseph Frazier was one of the rudest people I’ve met. He did not communicate anything with me and had a part shipped to my address without telling me. Since this is a vacation house I don’t get shipments here which caused me problems. I don’t think he properly diagnosed the problem and instead put in a new circuit board. I was charged $252 labor for a 10 minute job!”
“Had a technician come out to repair my stove and dishwasher. Technician properly repaired the appliances within an acceptable time. BUT all technicians should be instructed to park their vans on the street. My technician pulled into my asphalt driveway on a hot sunny day and then proceeded to do a "k" turn on my driveway to turn around. There was no need for this and he damaged my driveway. He should have simply backed out of the driveway. Definitely, the dumbest thing I have ever experienced. I had to have my driveway sealed today to fix the tire tracks that the technician caused.”
“Waited for delivery of appliances and they showed up one hour early. Left and took the rest of the day off. No appliances so now I get to try this again Saturday. Crew seem like jerks and don’t care about customer service. I will never buy sears products again if this is typical of contractors they hire to deliver.”
