"buyers beware sea will take your membership money but provide NO SERVICE , i call them for 4 days in a roll for tow services from on slip to another, they never came or called back, 4 weeks later i get a call from a Joyce asking me if i still need the service , WTF is this for REAL, people this business is a disappointment and a joke , its a scam run by loser's and scum."

"We went for a boat ride yesterday in Cape Coral & Fort Myers area and got stuck on the water, drive shaft issue for our I\/O motor. Sea tow was there within 10 minutes and really made us feel safe. The tow was more than 1 hour. That is simply amazing. We will keep this service for life.\r\nThank you again."

I have used Seatow several times in Ct but the last time I was double billed and the Captain refuses to refund the additional charge. I can no longer trust them. They would not even respond to my better business complaint.
