“The buyback process was easy and I was happy with the price Second Bind payed for my book, however I wish they were accepting more titles as they were only interested in one of my 20+ (recentish) textbooks.”

“I was quite impressed with a legit company that purchased used textbooks. It is rare to come by anywhere that will take used textbooks. The amount was fair and I was happy that they were getting reused versus thrown out. Although, a reason why the price changed after packaged arrived would have been appreciated.”

They dropped the price on one book after they received it, and I am not sure I agree with their assessment since no one in our house drinks coffee, but I take them at their word that there was some damage (though I didn't see it before I sent the book in).”
