Customer Service was outstanding. I had a couple issues originally with shipping my textbooks out since I don’t have a UPS Store near me. The customer service team made it a seamless and effortless transaction for me. Not to mention I got the best buyback price I could find anywhere online and they plant trees for every textbook bought back. Couldn’t recommend this program highly enough!

NOT A SCAM! Really easy and reliable service and the preprinted UPS label made things very easy. Only would've liked a bit higher buyback prices for my old textbooks since I paid around $200 for each of them but on my second order they were really nice and offered $5 for a study guide (part of a 3-book taxation set) that they were normally accepting as donation. Highly recommend Secondbind. Wished I knew the company earlier.
