“We ordered a book from Second Bind thru Amazon. Says it shipped 12 days ago, but no shipping / tracking information given and Second Bind is un responsive to 3 messages we sent thru amazon. This is the longest, worst service regarding a book we have ever experienced on Amazon, or Thriftbooks, or any other seller. If you are needing a book in a reasonable period of time, this is not the place to purchase.”

“Worst didn’t get money and books are lost in transit and second bind chose ups and sent label to deliver. Still nothing and lost worth books of 134$ each. Not going to trust this website anymore.”

“I looked into this and they offered three dollars for four books that cost me two hundred dollars,,,, not worth my time and I can sell them on Kijjii for a lot more.”

“I went to the bother of entering all my text books, was told that some were accepted and then.....they dropped off the radar. I inquired further regarding sending my books etc and after many emails I gave up. This was a few years ago.....but that poor services experience has stayed with me. I am very untrusting of this site. Rita”

“Scam site. Sent my great condition books in for the $34.00 they said I would get....they sent me a cheque for $12.30... Also wouldn't honour the coupon code I received First AND last time I will be a Secondbind user!”

“I entered 11 ISBN codes for a total offer of...wait for it... $8.11 (for a 150.00 textbook). Minus the 7.00 service fee would be $1.11. Absolute scam. Would rather donate them to those in need.”

“Garbage, Horrible Valuation. A book that coast $120 gets you $20 and $7 fee for under 40 items. gives you pretty much $14 bucks. I'd rather donate the book to organizations that supply books to kids in poor countries.”

“I typed in 8 textbooks that I have and only one of them didnt have a total of $0.00. I paid almost $200 for the textbook and it quoted me $11.11, but then I need to pay a $7 charge, so I would only receive $4.11. Not worth it!”
