“Quick delivery lovely packaging with a personal touch of a small gift inside - even the product was wrapped beautifully- will buy again from this company thoroughly enjoyed reading their newsletter which was also inside the package but more importantly high quality bed linen and looks fabulous!”

“Superb quality material and strong stitching. I ordered the essential white duvet cover and house wife pillow cases. The slight sheen in the material makes it look luxurious. Packaging was very nice and looked like it’s been especially wrapped up for you as a gift. The Secret Linen news paper was a nice touch.”

“My order came very quickly and I was very pleased with the product. The fitted sheets were a good fit for our slightly longer than usual mattresses and they stay on rather than ping off. Lovely soft cotton and a perfect match. I never throught I would be so glad that John Lewis didn't have what I wanted forcing me to source from elsewhere. Well done Secret Linen Store.”

“Lovely linen but unfortunately they shed a lot of fibres even after several washes. The other downside is that the material has a tendency to give and stretch during use much like a pair of linen trousers which sadly means they end up too big for the bed after 2 or 3 sleeps until they are re washed. Such a shame as this means I wouldn’t buy them again.”

“Beautiful soft high quality bed linen. I bought the Sateen stripe Egyptian cotton in duck egg and it looks lovely on the bed, very comfortable to sleep on. Easy to iron. On the expensive side but worth it for the quality. Fast delivery. Eco friendly, including all packaging.”

“Really great service, good communication and quick delivery in environmentally friendly paper sack, though there was some plastic packaging as well. The bedding is such lovely quality and has washed well, the creased look perhaps isn’t for everyone but I love it and have ordered more”

“I ordered 2 pillows. My partner is very happy with his, but mine is a bit too firm right now. I ordered firm as often medium isn’t right either. I love your products, our quilt which we invested in 3 years ago is fantastic. I will perservere with it and hopefully it will soften up.”

“The duvet set was really nice and very much as described and shown on the website. The fabric is good, it doesn’t crease much and it looks and feels very good quality. The only negative point for me is that both the duvet cover and the pillow cases are really large. Larger than the measurements they indicate on the website, therefore they fit very loosely with normal duvet sizes and pillows. I will need to have them altered to fit better. Other than that, quality & look and feel are great.”
