Delivery times not quoted when you order did not expect to have to wait 3 weeks. Only confirmed after payment has been made. Throw delivered is different colour to that shown on the website. Linen bedding very good.

Quality ok, but customer understanding very poor. By second delivery expected same discount and free of charge delivery , because you did not had the item in stock.

I received an email 3 weeks ago to say my order would arrive in 2-3 weeks and nothing since so do not know when it will be even dispatched. I’m therefore surprised to be asked to write a review and think at the product should arrive before I’m asked to rate anything. If you could let me know what is happening with my order that would help.

Very thin fabric and already snagging. I am disappointed with this bedding set. I have bought from you in the past and was delighted. Not this time however. I would hesitate to recommend your products.

Arrid very quickly and well packaged, thank you Unf I am di with the quality of the bedding. It is very expensive so I expected a better quality. The duvet cover has quite a few loose threads, the fitted sheet does not stay in place and wrinkles up during the night which is most uncomfortable. Also the complete teal bedding set has been washed twice and has lost a lot of its colour. I expected much better from such expensive items. I don't like giving bad reviews and rarely do so but am very disappointed.

Unfortunately the valance I.ordered was not correct measurement. This was replaced and the second one was exactly the same. Both were too short and not the length quoted on the website,Therefore no purchase was made.

I was abit taken back when the throw arrived and felt I'd payed to much for it. Wasnt the quality I thought it might be and nearly sent it back. I do like the throw and sure that when all my new bedding goes on it will look pretty..

When I washed the linen the colour ran - so it is now patchy. Also I ordered it in a double but it is too big for my duvet so I have a flap of material that I'm having to fold over. I haven't been pleased with my purchase.

Sadly I was very disappointed with the pure linen duvet cover I bought for my daughter’s birthday. It’s rough and scratchy despite several washes. Not what was promised at all and with a big price tag.

I spent £140 on a duvet cover, sheet and 4 pillow cases. Not overly impressed to be honest. Not that soft, creases and hard to iron. I’m not sure of the quality I’m afraid, was expecting better

This set will get softer the more the is slept in and washed, the Washed Cotton Percale has a laundered soft finish so it loves a little bit more condition/softener than you would normally use in this wash. The bedsheets we ordered were much rougher and a scratchier than we expected - and they haven’t softened despite multiple washes. The valance is thin and looks cheap when we put it on the bed.

I’ve bought a fair bit of the Diamonds bed linen from you and have been very pleased. But the latest pillowcases have been disappointing - none of the stitching has been properly finished off so they are coming apart, even before washing! A real shame.

We received a square pillow case rather than the standard case we ordered and only realised on Christmas Day as this was a present.

Poor quality control. One curtain has the lining hanging down below the curtain. Will send photos and complaint when time allows. At this price point I would expect better.
