“Disappointing. Wasn’t as soft as I thought it would be. The white pillowcases felt like a different material to the duvet cover and fitted sheet which felt coarse and scratchy.”

Hello Katrina Thank you so much for taking the time to review your recent order with us. Each recipe for 100% linen will be different, we laundered our linen but not over launder as 100% linen will soften the more this is washed and snoozed in. Kind and Comfy Regards Jodie

“The waffle towels are fantastic, I bought the larger size and they are huge, excellent quality and value for money, perfect to wrap up in after a relaxing bath. Highly recommend , suitable for the whole family to use. Dry in half the time of a conventional towel and look good too.”

“Lovely firm to shop with. Great correspondence- fun and efficient. No problems returning goods. Website could perhaps say it is possible to have a colour sample in advance of ordering. I like the fact that I wasn’t overwhelmed with choice, and the designs are tasteful.”

“The Secret Linen Store is a great place. I made a silly error when I ordered the wrong size duvet cover and sheet but Molly and Harriet fixed the problem with much aplomb and grace, putting everything right within a day or two. The linen itself is superb! I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed and I just LOVE the feel and texture of linen, it’s miles better than cotton. I’m really glad I made the switch to linen and I’m very grateful to the Secret Linen Store”
